Incredibles is the only Pixar film I’ve never owned, so if there was ever a time to buy it, Spring 2011 would be it! Now that it’s on Blu Ray and all.

I saw the promo on the TS3 blu-ray and was freaking out at Edna’s narration! I love it! I’m eager to get this when it comes out.

I have to say, I’m not too crazy with the cover art on the new Blu Ray (if that is the final cover art). However, this Blu Ray will defintely be added to my list.
What do you mean? I mean, it’s not fine art or anything, but it’s just a movie cover. The Toy Story and Toy Story 2 DVD special editions are just as generic looking. The only thing I really noticed was I wish Helen was smiling, but I feel that way a lot. I don’t like her “game face” very much. But it doesn’t affect me, because I can’t afford a Blu-Ray player anyway.
I’m not expecting it to hang on a wall of a museum, but the first reaction to it was “Ughh” But it doesn’t bothere me enough not to buy it. As I already said, it’s on my list!
For some reason, that face Helen makes on a lot of promo art bothers me. I’d rather everyone looked happy/excited, like on the DVD cover. I like Mr. Incredible’s pose, though.
Yeah, I wish that Helen was smiling like the rest of them. Other than that, I think that the cover’s okay, although Jack-Jack looks like he’s floating (which could be justified, seeing as he has crazy powers).
Well like all of Pixar’s Blu-Ray releases, I know I’m going to be getting this to see what new features they have to offer. I think the one I’m most interested in is the Filmmakers Roundtable, because The Incredibles has one of the most interesting backstories out of Pixar’s films (Brad Bird coming in after The Iron Giant with an idea of his own, and that it was originally made for Warner Bros. as another 2D feature). I hope they got Brad to be in it before he started directing 1906.
Now I just wish they would release Finding Nemo on Blu-Ray so we can have a complete set.
I’m not even sure if that is the official cover to the TI Blu-Ray. I’m hoping they could do something a little more original, something new.
