Hey,I don’t pay attention to the person behind the score…so much as the music… 
Yeah, I need to go with xCarsLuverx on this one. I never pay attention to the details of a movie like that. But when he was first said that he was playing the music, I got curious, and did some research. I like the way the music sounds and I can definitely tell him apart from Randy Newman. But yeah, that’s all I can say because I’m not skilled like everyone else seems to be on this site about these tiny points about a movie. Well, they seem tiny to us, but they’re starting to sound so big.
I must say that after being a member of the site, (For almost a year! 
) I’m starting to take animated movies more seriously but I honestly found it less stressful when I didn’t. I wasn’t worried about how well Cars 2 is going to do box office wise because the only thing that used to matter to me was how I felt. Granted, sure, that’s how I’m supposed to feel. But, you just can’t help but want it to do really well in everyone’s eyes, and not just in yours now.
I like the Michael G interview, he’s seriously one of my favorite composers. I listen to ‘Married Life’ and ‘Wall Rat’ and think, this is must be what they play in heaven! I can’t wait to see what he has in store with Cars 2!
Married Life was beautiful,I’m hoping they put something like that at one point in Cars 2…
Has anyone tried playing ‘Wall Rat’ on the piano? Those semiquavers are killer…

I just watched The Incredibles to give myself a sense of how Cars 2 will be and I really hope is sounds the same.

Someone pointed it out earlier, but that is a much clearer picture of it. I think it was a great way to include Doc in the movie, even though it is a really subtle reference.
I love the new concept art, especially the (I think) Jason Deamer sketch in the ‘stages of animation’ pictures, and the one of Finn with two turret machine guns and the cars kissing in France!
I really like Lightning’s beginning paint-job…Doc’s on there too…
Yeah I was shocked when I saw those two kissing in the trailer! I was like, finally! Do you know how long I’ve been waiting to see what two cars kissing looks like? 
Since they bit off the ending to Cars!
There’s too much fire-like decors on Lightning’s painting (both hood and side), which I’m not a big fan of. I didn’t like his painting in Tokyo Mater then, and I don’t like it now. His other upgrades (spoilers, head lights, etc.) are cool though.
RE concept art: the Tokyo Imperial Palace, inspired by an old car style, was breath-taking. So much details went into that design it’s unbelievable.
I don’t know how I feel about his paint job. I adore the fact that he has headlights now! I don’t like how his lightning bolt goes from a lightning bolt…to flames…? It’s a bit confusing, which is why I said I don’t know how I feel about it.
I do like it though; there was a character’s paint job that I wasn’t too crazy about, but I totally forgot his or her name, and I’m too lazy to go look in my room on my wall to see.
