I’m waiting for Pixar to tell the people who thought Cars 2 would flop “We told you so!”
I’ve been waiting for that since day one of waiting for Cars 2 to come out. 
Sadly, some people’s minds can’t be changed.
Honestly, no matter how great a sequel(s) is, there will always be people who hate the original, as well as the sequels.
True, but let’s try to keep the negativity to a minimum. Cars Two comes out this week. I would hope to see excitement.
I don’t think it’s possible to get more excited than I am!

I’m very excited for Cars 2, and love the original. But people will dislike any movie, Pixar or not, sequel or not. It’s a fact.
But anyway, July 9th will be the best day ever. Me, my family, and 8 of my friends are all seeing it together. It’s going to be the best day ever.
I’m gonna watch it the Friday it gets released. Probably friday afternoon with my family.
I would see every Pixar movie on the day of release, if I could. But I can’t. So, we’re seeing it for my birthday party.
ABL has a solid 91%. So it’s a high ordeal.
But, you can always hope.

I’ve been searching for reviews the whole day, there are a few thus far and I’ve only found 1 negative, you could read this one: it’s pretty good:

I was the second biggest Cars fan here next to CarsLuver, but since she doesn’t come here anymore, it makes me the biggest. 
I literally counted down the days for this movie since it was first announced. My walls are filled to the brim with Cars posters. I’m getting a Cars tattoo in two years. I have almost all of the diecasts, minus about 10-15 first movie characters and the new ones that have yet to come out. I pre-ordered every single thing that has to do with Cars 2 about a week and a half ago. I know every single line to the movie, every Cars Toon, and so far every trailer. I eat, sleep, and breathe this movie.
With that, I sincerely doubt anyone here is that bigger Cars fan than me. In fact, I don’t even think Cars Luver memorized the Cars Toons considering she hated Mater so much.
I can go on and on.
But yeah! It’s so great to see the great reviews. Honestly, the only bad ones I’ve seen were totally unfair and only complained about Mater. Since I don’t think it’s fair that someone could say a movie is bad based on one character, I don’t count those. So to me, this movie has almost perfect reviews. I say almost perfect because with every good, there are bad. The people who explained the parts they felt weren’t so great in a manner that wasn’t rude and made sense, they count to me.
I don’t go by critics unless I feel they deserve it. To me, most critics are ridiculous. I stopped paying attention to them when they started to complain about the Shrek saga, a good set. I don’t care what anyone says.
Hi, I’ve been watching this forum for a while now and I just had to join. I am so excited for Cars 2 and I’ve been a huge fan since the first movie. Cars has always been my favorite movie and I want to follow all the reviews and clips until the movie premieres this friday

Don’t take it personally, any of you, but I think it’s rude to say you’re the biggest Cars fan or that you’re the most excited person here, because you don’t know how everybody else feels.
Besides, there are too many kinds of fandom. For instance, one of the persons you name maybe appeared to be a huge fan, but to me, she wasn’t anything else than a shipper, not a fan of the film as an artwork.
I’m sure a lot of people here can claim to be the biggest fan, or the one who feels the most excited. And none of them would be right, cause we’re all fans.

I agree with everyone who said that Cars 2 will probably get higher ratings than the first movie. Pixar always seems to improve thier sequels and I don’t see why Cars would be an exception. I’m going to make sure I see it opening day!

Yes, I don’t think Cars 2 is going to be an exception either. I know it’ll get higher than the first and at least an 80.

I was just watching the first Cars on ABC Family a little while ago and I must say Pixar did a great job with it. I thought the ending with Lightning helping The King finish the race was cool & a nice way to finish the movie. I could see why the first Cars didn’t do so well overseas with the whole American setting. Now with the whole international setting, it might gain some new fans over there perhaps sell more merch. I must say, the London set looks very beautiful, very well done by Pixar! Anyway, I will probably be seeing Cars 2 within the next week or so. Expect a long review if I thought Cars 2 was a misfire. I might also post my opinions on the Brave teaser & the Toy Story short film.
That all started in The Incredibles forum. It is very rude and unfair, as you said, but it’s hard to uphold a rule a moderator breaks constantly. I’m not trying to be rude or disrespectful, but I just don’t see how the Cars fans can be expected to follow a rule or guideline the “biggest Incredibles fan” refuses to follow.
