Snipe- I’m from Oklahoma too! Unfortunately I was in Missouri for camp this past week, so I missed the relatively cool weather. It’s nice to find another Okie on here!
Mood: Happy/Excited/Nervous
Reason: I’m finally writing my first TS fanfiction. Well, technically its not my first, but my real first one got scrapped before it even got longer than several paragraphs. But I’m definitely going to finish this one.
[b:3oxa7gna]Kenzie:[/b:3oxa7gna] Yeah, it’s pretty humid around here. It just makes you feel all sticky and sweaty and sluggish, even if it’s not that hot.
[b:3oxa7gna]Leirin:[/b:3oxa7gna] Oh, I can’t stand when that happens. I like rainy days when I wake up early, but I can’t stand when it causes me to sleep in. Especially if I miss church.
[b:3oxa7gna]CowgirlJessie:[/b:3oxa7gna] That’s so cool! If you don’t mind me asking, what part of Oklahoma are you from? And good luck on the TS fanfic.
I hope you are able to finish it, because I started my first one in late October of last year, and haven’t added another chapter since. I really need to, though. Some people have been asking about it…
Reason: Sometime during the last weeks of 7th grade, one of our vice-principals (we have two), Mrs. Jackson, decided that it would be a good idea to move the students outside that are waiting for their parents to pick them up from underneath the pavilion and out into the scorching hot sun. Well, yesterday one of the kids over at the high school passed out into an comma after getting an heat stroke during Football practice and had to be rushed to the hospital. Apparently, last night he passed away (the sad thing is that I think I knew him), and today we still had to stand out in the hot scorching sun. One of my friends in 6th grade told me that her stomach was hurting and when she said that, I’m thinking “You know what? Forget this!” and I went to stand under the pavilion not giving a crap whether I got into trouble or not. While I was standing there, I noticed a police officer standing between Mrs. Jackson and Mr. Townsend (our main principal), but sure enough, he wasn’t doing anything. When my mom finally picked me up, we drove past the high school, and there was a news crew there doing a report. On the way home, I told my mom about everything, and she told me to tell Mrs. Jackson that I can’t stand out in the sun because of my medical condition. I told her that I would tell Mrs. Jackson, but honestly, I just wanna get up in her face and chew her out. I probably would too, except for the fact that she scares almost every student in the school!
Reason: One of my favorite persons/atheletes quit her job, and now I’m not only sad to see her go, but I’m very angry that things turned out the way they did. She did not deserve to be mistreated after giving 200% every day.
