Current Mood

Mood: Pumped up

Reason: Football for two straight days!

Mood: Wow, I can’t believe it! (in a sad way).

Reason: I dunno. One of our friend is having hard time with his family. T_T

Wow, it must be crazy to have a roommate, Hannahmation, especially as you never know who you’re gonna get! Sounds like you’ve been lucky though, as she seems nice, though I know what you mean about the introvert/extravert contrast that can be difficult to deal with sometimes (though I’m at the opposite end of the spectrum- I sometimes struggle with very introverted people). But I’m sure as you get to know each other better you’ll learn to get used to each other.

ffdude1906- Wow, you and Mitch are so lucky! I can’t wait to hear all about it!

Mood: Pretty happy.

Reason: I’ve done one exam, got two exams to go and my revision seems to be going okay. I’m really looking forward to going to Paris next month and finally it seems like the trip to New York that a couple of friends of mine and I had planned is being arranged, and we’re hoping to book the flights for April tomorrow. So, plenty of stuff to look forward to after the exams are over, at least.

Mood: excited

Reason: Just got a critique on my first digital artwork on deviantART!!!

Mood: anticipating, kinda excited, and scared at the same time.

Reason: I’m finally going to watch Paranormal Activity (which many are calling the scariest movie of all time :open_mouth: ). Here’s the deal, I’m going to try to watch it by myself in my bedroom, with the door closed, and the lights turned off. I’ve got butterflies in my stomach. :shake:

Mood: Disappointed

My Chargers lost,

Mood: Extremely Happy.

Reason: Well, you know why… Up won Best Animated Feature and Best Score! Congrats to all Pixarians, Mike G, and all that have made Up the best story ever.

Mood: It’s hard to describe, I feel accomplished but at the same time I’m really scared out of my mind, my hearts racing…

Reason: Just finished Paranormal Activity, and guys, that was one of the scariest movies I’ve ever seen, if not THE scariest. It’s the first time in a long time that I’ve had to actually tell myself “It’s just a movie, relax, they aren’t going to come off the screen”, cuz at the end, I was afraid of that happening, I thought the movie was going to come off the screen and get me. I know that sounds ridiculous, but still, it’s a movie. I did my whole deal that I made with myself, I watched the whole movie by myself, in my room, door closed, with the lights off, and guys, if you watch Paranormal Activity, that’s the way to do it, it really is an experience and I highly recommend trying it :stuck_out_tongue:

Current Mood: Absolutely incredible

Reason: Pixar won both of their Golden Globe nominations, congrats to Pete, the team, and Mike for those well-deserved trophies, and I’ve just been going through an amazing part of my life lately. I forgot to mention it in my previous post, but I’m gonna be an uncle! My sister is pregnant, she just found out 3 days ago. Very exciting. That, along with the Pixar tour coming up, an amazing semester ahead of me, and being surrounded by friends, both on and offline, rediscovering an incredible series (Gargoyles), and the doctor told me the other morning that the sleep apnea machine worked, and I can get my sleep fixed, FINALLY (this has literally been a lifelong problem, I was reduced to tears I was so happy about this), God’s seriously looking out for me lately, and I just feel incredibly blessed.

Wow…that last post almost made my day.

Mood-Okay

Could be better could be worse. I could be having c’s and d’s in school instead of A’s…i could be working for another boss then my dad who is nice to me…i could be getting paid for my job but then again i don’t know what job would pay for a 17 year old rookie right now…my schedule is quite squeezed so that i have quit baseball for the year…big bummer there…but i have found some great new friends in the new church we have joined and am growing closer to them then i ever have…don’t have a girlfriend which is nice and sad at sometimes of the day…i am getting into writting again so that my stories here are finished only to find that i can’t put a lot of time into them…not nearly enough…at least my facebook is slowing down which should allow me to do other things that are more important.

Phew…i’m okay…in fact after looking at that list i’m good…it could be a lot worse for me so i’m okay.

Mood: happy!!!

Reason: Watching WALL•E!!! Haven’t done so in a long while!

Axiom Computer: Caution, Rogue Robots!!!

Mood: Up-lifted

Reason: work sucks right now, but who cares - Up won two Golden Globes!

mo- You know, I didn’t actually find Paranormal Activity that scary. But, then again, I only saw it in the cinema, and seeing it by yourself and in a dark room would definitely make it scarier.

Congratulations about your future uncle status, ffdude1906! And I’m pleased to hear that your sleep apnea is being fixed.

Mood: Happy.

Reasons: Well, as others have said, Up did very well at the Golden Globes! Yay, Pixar! Plus, I had an exam this afternoon and despite minimal revision, it went pretty smoothly. One more to go!

lizardgirl, haha, yeah, to tell you the truth, looking back on the movie, I don’t think it was that scary, it probably was the whole by myself in the dark room that freaked me out since the demon always goes into their room to mess with them, and then I turn around and see my bed and it was just really creepy.

Mood: kinda sad

Reason: I’ve Been thinking about little_chef_eva09 for a while today. I was reading some of our convos and PM’s. I don’t know, I just kinda miss her right now, and knowing that she probably won’t get on isn’t helping… :frowning:

Mood: Shot down

Reason: I hate it when people can’t accept the fact that people have different opinions and are intolerant and ignorant of the other side of the scale. It can hurt.

Mood: Happy

I’ve finally completed the entire Bones saga. And man, what a ride it was! I’m now officially a fan of Jeff Smith. Although the story was a little ‘dark’ and miserable towards the end, I still enjoyed the characters, the story and plot development, and the beautiful, old-school illustrations. It’s been so long since I experienced such a grand adventure in comic-form!

I’ve also went for a second viewing of Avatar yesterday. It was in a run-down theatre (the lobby was undergoing renovations), but it was one of the last few theatres running the movie in Digital 2-D (the rest are either in film reels or in 3-D). As I’m sure some of you who have watched Up can attest, the images look sharper and ‘crisper’ in traditional 2-D than in 3-D (maybe it’s because it isn’t filtered through those dorky glasses), but man, it was amazing to experience the sci-fi epic again. And it’s better on a repeat viewing, I almost got choked up during the climax. This is without a doubt, the best movie of the year. Yeah, sorry Pixar and Disney.

But besides that, I’m overjoyed with Pixar’s double sweep at the Emmy’s yesterday! Congrats Pete and MIchael, you guys totally deserve ‘em! It helps that Jeff Bridges, Sandra Bullock and Downey Jr. all got their respective awards, they’re my favourites. And although I have yet to watch Inglorious Basterds or Precious, I’m also glad Christoph Waltz and Mo’Nique won. And of course, congrats to Mr Cameron on the double-win for his magnum opus. Overall, I’m pleased, very pleased with the Globes’ decisions. Next Stop: The Oscars!

mo-Thanks  ! That means a lot to me. Things have been settling down a bit, so it’s getting better, Thank God! And we found the cough syrup, so that’s getting better too  . Thank you so much!

The Star Swordsman- I know only too well what you mean. I’m sorry if your getting treated badly because you think differently. I hope it gets better for you.

Current Mood: Good  . Kind of entertained  .

Reason: Well, a friend of mine came over yesterday, and we had a blast  ! We went to a park, and before she had to go home, we got to horse around outside for a while, and talk a lot! So we had fun in general  .

I’m entertained because I’m listening to Lady Gaga singing Bad Romance, and I always get a kick out of this song :unamused:  .

Violet Parr: Yeah, it kinda sickens me when people just can’t accept other viewpoints.

And about Lady Gaga… well, I’m going to say this as nicely as I can, because what I want to say is kina inapporpriate.

“I HATE Lady Gaga with a driving passion.”

Don’t take this as an inslult Violet Parr. i have a lot of firends that are crazy about her. I ain’t one of them.

 That’s okay, TSS, I’m not crazy about her, either. I just like her music. To be honest, after a while, she starts to sound kind of sickening (no offence to her or her fans). I feel the same way about Hanna Montana (or rather, some of the stuff she does, I don’t hate her as a person). I prefer more… unique music: Nickel Back, Phil Collins, Jonny Dias, Corbin Blue, Celine Dion, stuff like that. If you don’t mind me asking, what kind of music are you into? (I know you like Kanye West, if I’m not mistaken.)

Mood: very happy

Reason: I LOVE my new classes and my professors.
