Heh, it’s fun to be with someone who knows the same things you know, and having a lot in common brings up nice conversations when you find out about something you don’t have in common.
Most girls I am really close with just end up as great friends. I’m not searching for a relationship yet, but when the time comes, I hop I’ll know.
I need to start going up to girls myself instead of getting my friends to go up to them for me. Today in Language Arts, I had my friend go up to this really cute girl, and I had him say “Hey, I know this really cute guy who is totally your type!” and then, apparently, she said, “It’s Cole, isn’t it? No.” Another thing, I didn’t really even tell him to say anything, he just kinda offered and I told him what to say. I really need to stop acting so shy around girls. I act like they’re all gonna team up to destroy me or something, I act so stupid around them. And then these other two girls I like, I have no classes with and haven’t even seen them or had a chance to talk to them. Actually, my ENTIRE plan this Summer was if I ended up going back to Caitlin’s House, I was gonna tell her how I felt (I was actually gonna do it this time too), but the one day my mom is able to drive up that way, her family had just gotten back from vacation and she said that her mom wanted to rest, and she asked me if the weekend after that would be okay. Well, of course, it wasn’t, because my mom didn’t wan to have to drive down that way two weekends in a row, so now I have to wait until next Summer (and that’s gonna be torture, especially since I think about her EVERYDAY). Anyway, I should probably wrap this up, because I feel like I’m ranting…
I shall take a lesson from this tale: never rely on other people to talk to the one you like.
Exactly. Also, don’t write them notes and just hand to them. If you really wanna ask them out, just go up to them, and ask them. Sadly, I’m not very good at it, and the two times I did it last year, they said no (I wasn’t surprised, though).

I’ve had a crush on my co-worker for a while, and he’s asked me to be his girlfriend!
I’m a bit afraid to tell my parents, because I’m only 19. And he’s about to turn 25! But we see each other at work, and we go to the same college. So yeah, I’m really really happy
