I thank they should!
The
Incredibles is the only Pixar sequel that I think would really be merited. I won’t
say no to any others if they decide to make them, but I would prefer if most of their movies are stand-alone.
The Incredibles, on the other hand, is all but begging for a sequel; I mean, come
on, it’s a superhero movie!
It just has the most potential of any of their movies for more to happen. I’d
take a TI2 over a TS3 any day.
Yea I’d
be cool if there was a TI sequel.
But it would be hard to top the original plot. I mean if there was a
sequel, would it start right where it left off at the end of the first of would time have passed, new villans
arrive and Jack-Jack is more involved in the action?
I think that’s one of the reasons TS3 is a easier
sequel to make since the toys(the main characters) don’t age. Think about it a 14 year old Dash?
I don’t
know it’s just me. ![]()
Yeah, that would be a problem, but think I might like to see them older. Then like you
said, Jack-Jack would be able to interact with everyone more easily.
Dash would be the biggest issue.
Spencer Fox is 13, maybe 14 now, and his voice is most likely changing or has already done so. They could still
use him for Dash’s voice if they make everyone older. But if you think about it, the voice recording is one of
the very first steps in making a film. If Pixar IS working on a sequel, it’s possible that they were able to
record Spencer’s parts before puberty had a chance to attack. ![]()
~~=oP
At least I’m not the only one. ![]()
That’s really funny! Puberty is
a great concern for all young men, that’s for sure.
Anyway, if Brad Bird directs it, if the budget is
reasonable, and if the story is as good as the original, The Incredibles is the perfect movie to have a sequel. I
normally don’t like sequels, but I would absolutely love a The Incredibles sequel.
I don’t think a sequel should be made just because that
means we have a longer wait til seeing a totally new story which I would be more hyped about. And if it were
straight to video… it’s obviously not worth it because they don’t put in half as much effort in those (well
actualy for Pixar it’s probably different because TS2 was supposed to be straight to video but it turned out…
too good. Heh.)
I think if Pixar was heading towards a sequel though, I would like to see this one made.
But yeah, I would also like to see the characters a little older, especially Jack-Jack.
I
wish there was a sequel. I have my own fantasies and dreams about Incredibles sequel possibilities.
Why does everyone love it so much. ![]()
Are
you kidding me? I can make a long list of reasons why.
Personally, no, for several
reasons- firstly, although Pixar could do a lot with the whole idea of superheroes, I think the characters
themselves are a little limited; secondly, because I too would like Pixar to focus on some new projects rather
than returning to their older works; finally, because if Pixar were ever certain to make a sequel, I’d rather
they’d make a sequel of a different Pixar film.
I think the Incredibles would be perfect for a sequel. They could focus on the
kids a bit, or maybe what their life is like now that they are full time Supers again. It would be cool to add
new characters too and a new villain. Possibilities are endless.
Why not? For a superhero film, there are so many possibilities. While I still think
Pixar should continue bringing out new stories, I really wouldn’t mind a sequel. Heck, I’m really looking
forward to Toy Story 3.
I
too think that the Incredibles is the only Pixar movie with the Toy Stories which should definitely get a sequel.
With more advanced technology, they couyld put in some amazing action sequences which of course would not be the
only reason to make a sequel. I want to see some characters developped such as Dash and Violet, Frozone,
Mirage… and I can already picture the coolness of new super characters and villains… Please Brad, bring it
on!
If they can bring E back . . .
yeah, I don’t mind an Incredibles Sequel.
But not for another couple of movies . . . I’d like the PIXAR
universe to grow a bit, you know?
I’m sure most people are anxious for an Incredibles sequel, but I have brought
news from Pixar. One, everyone should know this, but Brad Bird is working on Ratatouille. But this fact you all
won’t probably know. Production for any possible sequels has not started yet.
Woah!! Not even TS3?? Wow . . . really makes you
wonder what IS going on there!
Now THAT is definitely RadioPIXAR news, guys!
Not nessecarilly. It is just a rumor. I really don’t know
if it’s true. But is you want, put it on the podcast.
Your uncle’s never tricked you before, right??
It’s just a rumor. I don’t think he would lie to me, but it’s still another rumor
added to a very long list of others.
