no, no one has a good answer for how we started but i do have clues that put together what a possibility is…
Where can we see evolution…have we seen cave-men, ancient transitional dinosaurs, how can i believe you if i can’t see it for myself?
I feel as if I’ve just stepped into my Philosophy class again. 
I’ll just say I believe in evolution, but (as far as creation goes) I also believe in … other-worldly powers. I mean, who’s to say what isn’t visible to the eye doesn’t exist? I don’t feel that I, as a mere human, is able to deny the existence of anyone’s god or goddess … for who am I to say? Some things don’t need explaining. They just are. Yes that’s confusing, but so is life.
Anyways, on evolution … I’m not much of a science girl, but we have archaeological evidence of dinosaurs and cave men and stuff … so they did exist at one point, and they do show relation to us and other existing creatures alive today. So who’s to say evolution didn’t happen? Things change over time: change is nature.
Did I make sense? It sounded clear in my head but often comes out wrong when I put it out here on the boards …

I know now that Lizard can change when their envirement changes just like a human would do…But how could it possible change from a water creature to a land creature without gills? And how could a creature not get killed off if it developed quickly/slowly/quickly/slowly. How did the giraffe not die out becuase its neck made it have brain rushes…why do we have no enviremental problems with species that haven’t had time to change…for example.
A lion is placed in the artic…will it evolve in time to survive? Will it get eaten by Polar Bears…Could it evolve into a whale instead?
A ploar bear is placed in the desert. How will it be able to evolve without dying?
I’m just a little perplexed because of our envirements and slow/fast evolution and changing ideas about evolution. It has changed so much in 3 little years…
What you are talking about Al-Bob is immediate changes to a species environment. Of course if you put a lion in the arctic it wouldn’t survive. It’d probably freeze to death because it has never been exposed to such freezing cold temperatures. Just as if you were put there.
Evolution is gradual. Even quick evolution is relatively gradual, it still takes a good deal of time. Adapting to an environment is only part of Evolution. One of the main parts is Natural Selection which chooses the animals in the species which survive better. It’s all about survival.
With a little help from our friend Carbon Dating and many other fantastic scientific tools. We don’t always have to observe things first hand to tell how old something is. Scientists have many tools available to them to help them work these things out. It’s like a Maths problem:
Solve for c: (c + 12) x (2/2) = 20
Thus c = 8
They fill in the gaps.

1 Para.-But every system has a weakness…how is this one perfect and unable to error. What happened to Radioative dating…is it still being used. Everyone knows that thing was unpredictable.
2 Para.-I don’t think the idea of the beggining of the world is like math where you can find it by just doing simple equations.
3 Para.-How did that fossil survive as it transitioned…how did it make it? With all the chances of it being eaten how could we still have sea creatures? Where there multiple chances?
Your first point: Yes, every system has a weakness, and that’s why weaker systems get replaced with more efficient and accurate systems. Don’t ask me how accurate Carbon dating is, go talk to a scientist, and i’m sure they’ll tell you exactly how accurate it is depending on what factors are involved. It’s almost as if you are saying that scientists that devote their life to their work are wrong (and yes there is the chance that they, however minute), however your religion which is based on a book that is about 1300 years old, is right.
2nd Point: I was using the maths to refer to the starting point and ending point of the formation of a reef or something as you asked how do we know when the reef started and stopped forming. But as you have turned it to God. Well you believe that God is eternal and has been around forever correct? Well if you are willing to concede the universe had a beginning, like this Earth and everything else we can conceive of (bar God), why can’t that be extended to God? In which case, if God has a beginning, then who created God? If no one created God and he just popped into existence, then the same is just as likely for the universe and thus, why do we need God?
Point 3: You mean how did the creature survive? Just the same as creatures today survive. They eat other things, other things eat them, they defend themselves. Evolution accounts for the oddities such as say, a fish being able to breath for about 20 seconds on land before having to take a breath ok? So if a predator was chasing that fish, and it jumped onto the land, to escape that predator that couldn’t survive on the land. Now that fish breeds and passes its gene onto its children and all the other fish that don’t have the ability to breath on land, well they die because they get eaten, yet these fish with the breathing don’t because they can survive. Natural Selection. It then gets better, one of hte fish is able to breath even longer out on land, the same process applies, applying all kinds of things to the species, helping it evolve, until, the species is able to literally walk out of the water and live forever like an amphibian.
You see, there may be such a small chance, but it only has to happen once. And it’s happened. That, is the miracle of life in my opinion, and not some bogus God who acts all superior while we worship him and tell him we aren’t worthy. What kind of life is that?

2-I know becuase all creation revolved around the principle of a all powerful being…and the bible explains that quite well to me.
3-You didn’t answer my question…what if the only creature that took sea survive the transition between gills and lungs without being erased from the planet. Do you mean that it took lots of time to get the one creature that didn’t get eaten and survived long enough…another question…where did the female come from…which sex started first male or female…and how did we transition to and from…and how did we get carnivors and herbavors…wouldn’t the carnivors conquer the herbavors after a certain amount of time?
They live in different places, and even if your god put herbIvorEs and carnivorEs all there at once, your logic that one would conquer the other would still fit in place. also:

My God expelled judgement against 30 million people because they were wicked in his viewpoint not becuase he is ruthless and mean. What do you want to do when someone does wrong against you…say they stole or killed your wife. What would you do? You would get back…well the people of Israel were being influenced by neighboring countries and those countries were defiling them…Becuase God wants his people to love him becuase he is the creator he naturally destroyed the ones who were swaying his people…if you have a defect in your system you get rid of it…God was just getting rid of the “bugs” that were infecting his people.

He created everyone, right? and he is omnipotent? so therefore he knew they were going to be twised and wrong and that he would have to wipe them out! so he put them there JUST SO he could kill them!
No, that wasn’t the theory, that was a monster, and in therory communism is good, just it is put to bad use by people. A theory isn’t self conscious, IT doesn’t want to wipe people out, that is people.

Then again evolution has created some great people who gave you thhe world around you!
If someone hurt somebody in my family for example, it’s true that a part of me would want revenge. But isn’t revenge something that the Bible says is bad? I know there’s numerous passages on that, ‘if your enemy slaps your cheek, you should turn the other cheek’ and so on. So, God expelling judgement on these people means that he was going against his own word, it seems.
I don’t know the exact passage about the stoning of the gays- it’s just something a friend of mine said she came across whilst reading the Bible. I know there’s stuff about homosexual blood being spilled and that sort of thing.
