I don’t really have a favorite movie. There isn’t one movie that does everything for me.
My all-time favorite movie is Cars. That’ll probably never change. Even though it isn’t really the best of films, I’m very deeply connected to it personally. After that would come all the Pixar films, and then the Star Wars saga.
But okay, putting aside my fandoms, other favorites of mine would include Inception, Super 8, The Aviator, Minority Report, E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial, Peter Pan, and Avatar, just to name a few.
I’m glad that your favorite movie of all time is a pixar movie. Snipe.
I love Snipe’s favourite . I’d go as far to say that one of my favourite all time films is A Bug’s Life because I too feel very connected to it.
Little Miss Sunshine is very funny. But it isn’t one of my favorites personally. I don’t really like comedies, except for Pixar ones really.
Saw Little Miss Sunshine a few year’s ago, it was good.
Another favorite of mine is The Iron Giant.
The Iron Giant is among my top five favorite films. I actually remember being in Paris when it came out (August 6th, 1999—I only remember because it was the day after my birthday) and I asked my mom if we could see it for my birthday. She said the trailers made it look stupid, and I agree now that it was mis-marketed, so it wasn’t until the movie was aired on stations like WGN in middle school when I actually got to see the movie. And thank goodness for that, because it made me cry and I loved it.
Does anyone hate a movies that everyone else seems to love.
Hmm, good question. There are a handful of movies I think are overrated, but ones I just straight-up dislike… Mmm, maybe The Last Unicorn? Even though I own it, I know a few people who are really fond of the film and I think it’s absolutely awful. And Happy Feet. I liked almost nothing about that movie (but I own it as well).
Minw would be Star Wars movies. I don’t date them competely. I think Darth Vader is an awesome villian and I like R2D2. But it always bored me, I just never saw what was go good about it. I may have got it from my dad, who also dosen’t care for it, and he was 20 when it first came out.
Good. I’m not the only one.
I’m not sure if everyone seems to like it, but I really hate Marley and Me. The people were so annoying, and they talked about things that they shouldn’t have in a kid’s movie, frequently, and way too directly for me.
I also hated the Unfortunate Events movie. It was too dark and creepy overall for me, and it still scares me when I think about the first part. If you have pyrophobia, like me, it’s probably not a movie for you.
I didn’t completely hate it, but How to Train your Dragon wasn’t my favorite. It was just different than I expected I guess.
Sorry, not for me.
My favorite movie is Up. I love just about everything in that movie. The animation, the story, the characters, etc.
Anyone here like Cast Away?
I saw that a few years ago. From what I can remember it was decent.
What’s everyone’s favorite Christmas movie?
Home Alone and Elf.
Mine is A Christmas Story and The Santa Clause.
