That whole monologue reminds me reminds me of several occasions where my mom has come back from a meeting of this board she was on(she’s quit that one and then got a better offer) and something stupid has happened (like this one time where everyone had forgotten the mortgadge on the building because of the person who was in charge of it acting…unprofessional). And I’ve been sitting on the sofa drawing or reading or some such thing look up for a moment and then ask how everything has gone, and then get a monlogue about the events that I wasn’t even close to being prepaired for and I’m just sitting there, with a wide eyed look of pure shock on my face[/spoil]
