Favourite classic Disney film?

Beauty and the

Beast, Sleeping Beauty, The Lion King , Hercules, Pocahontas , 101 Dalmations, and The Great Mouse Detective .

The Great Mouse Detective was a cool one. ^^

Does

Fantasia 2000 count as a classic?

I guess so. It does combine the

magical Disney Animation with incredible classical works of art from the past (music).

I love both Fantasias… it reminds me of when I was little… me and my cousin would dance to the music of

the first fantastia, we would pretend we were “Centaurs”

good times…

To be honest, I have only seen the Disney Classic,

Fantasia, only once. This time, I was studying of the classical music in my history class.

Lilo and Stitch was pretty good too.

But I

don’t think that is in the Disney Classics category.

FANTASIA! Hands down. I’ve never

seen such beautiful animation from Disney since then. Oh, and I LOVED The Three Caballeros. Sooo music music and

dancing! sings away

Aggie - Haha –

my sister and I used to watch those two films all the time. We’d fight over who got to play which character.

Mitch: … why do you keep

calling me Angie? points at name -_-

Off-Topic - Oh gosh, I’m so sorry about that. I corrected it. Your screen name

just looks like it says “Angie” for some reason. My apologies about the typo.

aaawww!! I loved the Three Caballeros, the music in that

movie was sooooo catchy and the three birds were so cute. since I am of Mexican heratige it’s a very special

movie too.

Googly-Bear - Yes,

The Three Caballeros was an excellent classic Disney film.

I was always confused by the ending

though…

oh, and I know this is completely off the subject, but in Aladdin, who was Genie imatating

when he would talk about the limitations of his magic?? (you know, provisos, ect.) It always bothered

me…

The cover of Disney’s Platinum

Edition of The Jungle Book has finally been released:

dvdactive.com/news/releases/ … -book.html

The dvd celebrates the film’s 40th

Anniversary, as I hear it. What I wanna know is why Kaa is smiling in the situation he’s in… :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve

been waiting for this film to come out in a disc format for years. It’s not my

favorite Disney production, but the songs are hip-hoppity “fantabulicious”, and I

love Kaa…sooo. blushes <img src=“{SMILIES_PATH}/love2.gif” alt=“:loves:” title="In

You guys gonna get it?

Well, I gotta alot of things save/buy (not even counting

saving for Ratatouille)…

But I’ll try!

Gasduude - Heheh – that

rhymed! (snigger)

Yeah, I’ll have to figure out a way to buy it without wasting too much of my money

either. I’ll buy it just for one reason only… blushes :stuck_out_tongue:

Oh, that’s wierd! How did I do that? I rhymed without even knowing it!

Well,

good for you! Man, if you’re going to buy a dvd just for that, imagine what you’re going to do with

Ratatouille (Remy)!

Gasduude - Haha – the “rhyme master”.

Yep, I’ll buy it just for that! Heheh. And the special features will be interesting, as well.

It’s worth a shot…

Ahh…yes. Remy: the one and only character who I can truely see myself in. Just

thinking about him makes me blush… <img src=“{SMILIES_PATH}/love2.gif” alt=“:loves:” title="In
