Nexas - Haha! You know, I must consider using that title in the future…
Colette Linguini - Holy smokes, I knew that there was something I forgot to include during that moment! I was completely blanking out when I wrote down that part of the film, and I could not, for the life of me, remember that petite bit of dialogue exchanged between Colette and Linguini that you mentioned. Thank you very much for reminding me! I shall insert it into the script right away.
Excellent work, Mitch. Give yourself a pat on the back.
For for the first time I have read parts of the script. I love it! It’s excellent. I can’t believe you remembered the lines so well. My favourite part was how you wrote the dialogue between Emile and Remy after they got shocked. Heh. That part was really funny.
If I remember any parts of the script, I’ll let you know.
Woah… I almost forgot about this thread! I’ll have to finish writing the darn script… (snigger)
Colette Linguini - Haha! Nope, you were on the right track this time! Thanks again for the help. Heheh.
rachel - Thank you very much, rachel! It’s fun to quote entire movies. My sister and I do it all the time. People think that we’re aliens from the planet Mars, but heck, we just like having a great time.
Thanks, dude! I appreciate any advice/assistance you guys give me.
This is amazing! I remember when Colette is chopping up the vegetables for Linguini very fast, she said something like “every dish has to get to the customers’ table hot and perfect!”.
You know Mitch, although the film has come out and scripts are finished, you can make yours a bit unique by adding in some commentary on the side of your own for parts of the film.
I would have a blast doing that. Maybe I’ll scribble notes in the margins of the screenplay they have for download. We can all do it and compare them lololofoldhsh
I forgot that she was still updating it. Oh, jeez . What am I going to do with myself? Heheheh, I hope that she finishes it as well. I hope that Pixar doesn’t see this though. I still believe that they would sue us.
Pixar? No. This is a Pixar fansite, made with love. If they did that, they would be losing their established fanbase. And I don’t think they have sued the people who made that horrid Ratatooing straight-to-DVD ripoff either, so chances are slim that they would sue us…
Heheh. Don’t worry, guys. I’m gonna finish the script. Freakin’ school and such have crept up on me, but that’s not gonna stop my fingers from typing!
The Star Swordsman - Haha! Well, thank you for the link to the script, but the main point of this composition is “writing-on-instinct”, if you will. I’m attempting to remember the entire thing by memory, with the exception of a few “cheats” (I put on the subtitles while watching the movie now and then so as I can decipher an unknown piece of dialogue or two).
Thank you, though!
Nexas - Hey, that’s a great idea! I should add a few notes within the script now and again…
Thanks for the idea!
rachel - You think I write it funny? (snigger)
Actually, I’d love to hear what they think! Maybe they’re lauging their heads off? Or maybe they think that I’m the craziest person in the universe…? (snigger)
