I’m not the type who usually cries in movies but this one did it for me. It’s hapened before though-- I cried in Shakespeare in Love, Dead poets Society and darn nearly did in Captain America. (Do not laugh at me.) 
They were wondering why i didn’t cry in Marley and Me and TS3. Oh well.
What I meant is that I was alone in my house when I finished it.
Is it [spoil]Leaving Hogwarts?[/spoil] Because I started bawling when I heard the first notes of that. I was so hoping it would be used, and Desplat did use it. I was just sitting there crying and babbling, “He used the music!” over and over again like a lunatic.
Mind you, it was also 2 AM and I hadn’t really slept for several nights, so that might have had something to do with it…
The book, however, was a different story. Oh boy. I began to cry once the deaths started coming during the battle, and when [spoil]Harry found out that he was going to die[/spoil], I was a goner. I was just like [spoil]HOW could she kill him! She can’t kill him! She can’t take him through seven books just to KILL him! ;_;[/spoil] I wasn’t too bad during the movie, though, because you know what’s coming. But the forest scene did make me tear up.
Yeah, I know the name of the piece (which is one of the many renditions of the[spoil]Harry’s Wondrous World [/spoil]theme from the first film), and I’ve been begging for them to use it in the series ending since I first heard it.
Funny thing is that I’ve said it everywhere, including this board and the “Corrupt a Wish” game here on PP. I was very disappointed when I got the soundtrack disc and it wasn’t included, I thought they weren’t going to use it. So, when they did, that redeemed the whole film franchise (that I don’t love very much) to my eyes. It’s like they finally included one of my wishes in the movie 
Hey, has anyone been able to get into the site to register for early access to Pottermore (some new project J.K Rowling is working on, nobody knows what it is yet)? Because I just got in! So, hopefully I won’t have to wait until October.

Agree 100% with that statement! Despite the issues I had with the film itself, the use of that piece just made it wonderful. Brought the magic back, you know? I’m trying to learn to appreciate the films as they are rather than nitpicking, but it’s very difficult. I can’t even remember the last time I made it completely through PoA, and I’ve only seen 5 and 6 twice each- once in theaters and once on DVD.
I’m not on Pottermore yet. I’m going to college in the fall and I don’t want a major distraction, such as Pottermore, that could potentially keep me online instead of in reality. I believe that the site opens for everyone in October or something, so I’ll sign up then.
And Dillinger, I saw that on Tumblr earlier. Hilarious!

I still can’t believe I got into Pottermore, if it wasn’t for the noise my mom made at 5:15 this morning, I never would’ve woken up.
