And how does it not make sense? Cars was lacking in substance and meaning compared to Pixar’s other films, you’re just saying it doesn’t make sense for the sake of making me look bad over a FILM.
And I even ACKNOWLEDGED that you’re well within your right to like this thing, and I have NO PROBLEM with you disliking it so why do you have to give me grief and try to make me look so bad in spite of this?

You’re on a forum filled with die-hard fans of specific movies. Some like a movie a lot more than others. If you don’t like it, get used to it.

Yes, that IS my opinion, and once again you’re resorting to that whole “you don’t make sense” card without actually backing it up. I had my opinion but I didn’t expect the whole world to revolve around that. To quote Confused Matthew “Can you stop putting words in my mouth please, it’s gross”.
But whatever, I’ve learned my lesson, Cars is the one Pixar film I can’t say my opinion on.
Again, how am I not making sense? How can I make a movie not make sense, when did I say it didn’t make sense in the first place? That was never a complaint of mine. As I said above “stop putting words in my mouth, it’s gross.”

That has nothing to do with it, I mean if someone was complaining about Up that way I might get a little annoyed, but not turn it into a huge debate. Both sides are overreacting in this case.

The difference between UP and Cars is that there are a helluva a lot more people that hate Cars. So we get angry because we get sick of it. I’m pretty sure, in fact I’m willing to bet, you deal with people hating UP way less than us dealing with those who hate Cars.

And for that, I do apologise, I just hate being talked to like an idiot because I didn’t enjoy a film. One of my best friends hates Up and we get along great but I apologise, not to the other two, I mean for my behaviour in general here. I really should have been a lot calmer even when faced with that.
Well I did leave that “discussion” you guys gave me, but I wanted to apologise regardless, if not to you two.
CarsLuver: I know the full story. I’m not saying you can’t defend your opinion, but it’s gotten overly furious and personal rather than just a thoughtful debate. Like I said, both sides were wrongful.

okay now guys… facepalm okay how did Cars lack anything? it was creative smart funny and had a message like all there films… okay really i dont know how it started but… Anyway i know alot and i mean alot of Adults who loved this film I was on a automobile forum for 2 years and they talked about how much they loved it and even made some sigs about it. One guy said he wants his car exactly like Ramone (sp?) and I agree have nothing but hate to say leave it out. gotta go eat dinner now but really stop it when U dont have anything to back your words up.
