I think I love these characters already. I hope they make plushes of them and I can get one of each.
And I’m kind of curious if Riley and the emotions are going to have equal focus, or it’ll be mainly the emotions. I assumed the latter.

I abosolutely loved the montage at the beginning, really made me remember how much I love Pixar.
I am SO unbelievably excited. All this waiting is finally paying off!!! I feel like having a Pixar marathon right about now.

That was awesome. Something resembling a hint at the actual plot would be nice, but still, man. I prefer to keep a neutral outlook on things to try and avoid disappointment, but…
I think it’s preferable not to know much about the plot this early. More things to discover in the coming months.
I saw the teaser. I dont mind if they hint the plot or not. its a teaser. something to introduce. give a little tase without divulging too much info
That sums up my feelings really well! It was incredibly good, even if it saved all the actual movie footage for just the last half-minute or so, that montage of Pixar movies at the start really got your heart pumping.
I have such a good feeling about this movie. Everything about it, from the concept to the character designs and voice work, seems to just scream classic Pixar. I’m really wanting to Pixar marathon now too
I love the teaser! It is great so see how excited everybody is about ‘Inside Out’ I think the teaser shows the contrast between the world in her real life and the world inside her mind. The world inside her mind is so colorful in contrast to her real life. I’m already looking forward to the next trailer!
I’m liking the contrasting moods in the teaser: Riley’s mind is bright and colorful while the external world is more dark and somber. Pixar really knows how to use color well in their films.
I recently saw the teaser, too. I like how they put in various clips relating to those 5 emotions!
I found this old article that mentions Inside Out in short at end. I think the film is designed by Ralph Eggelston the same person who did Toy Story Finding Nemo Incredibles and Walle and the short film with the birds. The traler is fun. I can’t wait.

Yes! This is very true. I was actually surprised when we saw what the inside of her mind looks like, for some reason I kept expecting it to be sort of dark and cool but it instead is as colorful and fun as the characters inhabiting it.
Now that you mention the contrasting moods between the inside world and out, I’m starting to take an interest to see what kind of direction Pixar will choose to go with it.
I’m also so excited Amy Poelher is voicing joy!
