I think he could’ve given himself away when he went for the “BS” part. Any normal
babysiter would be suspicious, but Kari was. . . desperate. What can I say, watch out for exploding babies.

Nevetheless, Syndrome managed to make Jack Jack go to sleep, since he was awake when he came … takes talent.
^^ That would’ve been sweet if they showed that scene.
Ooo . . . your right about that! Creepy . . .
A
villain can make a baby sleep. (shudders).
I thought the whole ‘BS’ joke by Syndrome was reaaally funny. When I first saw the short, I
knew there was something different from him… but I didn’t realize that he didn’t have his eye-mask on until
much later… ![]()
I also remember Stephen Colbert mentioning the Jack Jack Attack to somebody he was
interviewing, and a few people in the audience laughed… then he said something like “DVD extras…”
lol.
EDIT: *taken from wikipedia on ‘Jack Jack Attack’ "This short was refrenced on The Colbert
Report during Stephen Colbert’s interview with Tony Hawk."
As soon as Kari answered the
door, I new that it was Syndrome. I mean, his DBZ-like hair. It is just so unique.
Looking at
Syndromw’s hair, I thought his hair was on fire. It was really cool seeing Syndrome with his mask off. I
wonder if Kari can reckognize Syndrome is a super. He had a cape and a symbol on his suit.
I meant as in it takes a caring person to be
able to quiet a baby … the normal way ^^ Not … like … hypnotizing or … sleeping pills … I’ll shut
up.
I’d love to see a villain be fatherly. Like Hades or Captain Hook ^^ Lol, yes I’m insane. Jafar as a
father would be a scream. ![]()
Well, you have to remember RK. Kari really wanted to get out. Of course
she will hand the baby over to anyone. Even if it is a villain.
I never thought he’d took out Jack-Jack, but
just the thought of someone who, in the thoughts Mirage, throws life away, can BE so “fatherly.”
If Syndrome did successfully
manage to kidnap Jack-Jack, anyone want to give some posible conequences for both sides?
Well, its obvious that Jack-Jack
will make Syndrome’s life miserable and difficult. If Syndrome did manage to control Jack-Jack, then the
Incredibles would have a harder time defeating him
I bet that could be an idea for the probable Incredibles
Series. Syndrome kidnaps Jack-Jack, but he is too much to handle. He ends up realeasing him. Just an idea.
I don’t the shorts based on the movies, the same with the
Monsters Inc Mikes new Car short.
I also like the silent (in terms of spoken words) shorts. My theory is
if you can get an audience to be in suspense over a piece of animation for 5-10 minutes without there being any
words, then you are a real mastermind.
Pixar has done many films
without speaking parts. Usually, they would let the other elements of the film tell the story. For instance, the
music, as well as the animation, in “One Man Band” told the story. “Geri’s Game” had no
speaking parts, but the way the story was told was absolute genious.
I already know this. ![]()
That’s why I love the early shorts, and One Man
Band.
I’m not a huge fan of Boundin’, as a kid I never liked the musical parts in movies, that could
explain it.
I like the moral of Boundin more than anything else, and the beautiful animation…
Aren’t the
morals to Boundn’ and The Incredibles similar? Both have something to do with accepting who you are and being
happy with it.
That’s true,
actually! Never thought about it that way…But yeah, definitely.
Oh yeah, I never noticed this myself.
That’s probably why they attached it. Keeps the same
theme going, I guess!!
