Wow, after this topic has been dead for a while, it is really nice to bring it back to life again.

The scene where Helen makes funny faces at Jack-Jack
Helen: makes funny noises while stretching her lips
Jack-Jack: originally smiling as he should, but seconds later, Jack-Jack frowns while speaking loudly with the deep voice of Danny DeVito “I’m sorry, I can’t do this. Can someone get my agent on the phone? I can’t do this. Get Arnold. He might be able to help you.”
Oh boy, that was pretty unexpected. Let me have a shot at that.
Take One:
Helen tries to feed Jack-Jack, while making funny faces at him. Jack-Jack starts laughing uncontrolably.
Helen: No Jack-Jack. Don’t do that! I’m trying to feed you honey.
Take Two:
Helen tries to feed Jack-Jack, while making funny faces at him. This time, Jack-Jack starts crying

Bob: Honey, I think you are scaring him.
Helen: Don’t push it Bob. I’m warning you.
This is one of the classic scenes seen in many bloopers:
The ‘crying granny’ scene
Bob: “W-I-L-C-O-X on the third floor, but I can’t. I also do not advise you to fill out and file a WS24… pants while crew, and granny, chuckles among themselves in background WS245…”
Granny: “2475.”
Bob: “247… pants Erm, cut? Someone?”
crew bursts into laughter
LOL…i love the baby jackjack scene taht was so funny…“get my agent on the phone!!” i could just see a really low voice saying that…
Here is one. Helen is seen vaccuming Bob’s den. Then at randome, she bursts out singing “Its the Hard Knock Life, for us!”

the police scanner suddenly is interrupted by random radio songs
BOB: Hey! How did it just- switches it back
switches by itself somehow
BOB: What the-
LUCIUS: Who cares? I love this song!

HELEN: walks by to change into her supersuit
suddenly, pillows start flying at her
HELEN: Ahh! What in the-?
VIOLET & DASH: pop up and start laughing outrageously
HELEN: That’s it! No more sugary sweets for you guys!
(scene is at night- I can’t really think of which scene this goes with)
table and objects start shaking rapidly by themselves
DASH: Mom? Something’s there!
HELEN: stern voice, turns to the objects Get out right now.
VIOLET: appears, laughing really hard Oh, you should have seen Dash’s face! Hahahahahahah! You were like ‘ahh! something’s in there!’ I fooled you! Hahaha…I’ve been hanging around Dash too much.

Okay, here it goes. Here are my first Incredibles bloopers. (Now, I’m not exactly a comedy writer, so please be patient.) 
scene where Violet and Dash are running away from the velocipods
Violet & Dash: running
Violet: runs into a tree branch were there was supposed to be a palm leaf “Oomph!” she falls backwards, out of the frame “Ooow…”
Dash: looks at the camera and snickers
Violet: moans “Oooh… I think I broke my nose…”
Dash: “Uh, I think we need some ice over here!” looks down at Violet and laughs some more
Crew Member: walks over carrying an ice pack
scene right after, where the guards first apprehend the kids
Guard1: “Freeze!” he cocks his gun, the bullet cartridge falls out, he smirks
Everyone: starts laughing
Violet: “Oh, yeah, that’s real threatening!”
Guard1: shakes his head and snickers while reloading his gun

scene in the limo
Rick Dicker: finishes his line “-we’ll take care of everything else. You did good, Bob.”
A loud brrrip can be heard in the background
Violet: “Oh, Dash! That’s disgusting!” waves her hand in front of her face
Dash: “Sorry.”
Helen: “Oh, good glory, Dash! What did you eat?!”
Bob: laughs and shakes his head
Violet: “Man, somebody open a window!”
scene at the track meet
gun fires, signaling the start of the race
Dash: runs ahead, but trips over a stone and falls, knocking down practically
every other runner
Even better, if they did like the Monsters Inc outtake where Sully falls and trips everyone up in slow-motion.
Oooh, very funny ones you came up with violet parr.
While E was showing Helen the new suits she had made…
E: Your suit can stretch as far as you can without injuring yourself, and still retain it’s shape… virtually indestructible…
the missles hit the suit
E: … yet it breathes like Egyptian cot–

roof pops open; Buddy flies out
Buddy: “AAAAAAAGGGHHH!!!” he lands-- right on the camera
Camera Guy: “HOLY CRAP! Dag man!”
Buddy: “Ooh… I don’t think that’s what was supposed to happen.”
Brad: “Yeah, I think our calculations were a little off”
Buddy: " A LITTLE?!?! I was supposed to Fall right next to the car!"
That is funny violet parr. I think it would be funny as well if Buddy was ejected but the roof of the car never opened. That might hurt though.
Don’t know if any of mine have been said before, but I didn’t have the time to read all 9 pages…
[scene where E and Helen are about to go into E’s lab]
E presses buttons and what not
E: Edna Mode
E walks into lab as laser aims at Helen
Helen: Wait!! What about the la- ZAAAAAAAP!!!
BURN-E: Oooh, that sounded painful. Really funny dude.
scene where Mr. Incredible ejects Buddy from the Incredibile (take 2):
This time, Mr. Incredible ejects himself instead of Buddy.
(And on the third take they probably got it right. )
Scene were Syndrome locks The Incredibles in the prison cell
Syndrome: Laughs wickedly; walks out
a few seconds pass
Dash: out of boredom breaks into- “99 bottles of beer on the wall. 99 bottles of beer-”
The rest of the family joins in “- Ya take one down, pass it around- 98 bottles of beer on the wall…”
