Well, since today
it’s officially open to the public any opinions? Kinda ironic for me to start this post since I can’t get the
DVD til the weekend. 
[b]I think it was one of the best Pixar shorts yet!

I think I almost wet my pants laughing…
it was sort of a sad day today but This short made me and my wife both laugh out loud. this is probabily the
funiiest short ever made
Mater was priceless. This short is one more reason that he’s my
favorite Cars character. I love his frivolous spirit.
And I find it amusing that Mater has no fear of
Frank, and yet a little blue light scares the oil right out of him.

Next to the ending you’ll see Guido give Lightning a high five or a high tire He uses his little blades! It was
funnie! and L has his RS paint job on.[/spoil] Any way it waz funnie! 
that is the best short yet.

[spoil]It’s funny how they got Owen Wilson, Paul Newman, Paul Dooley, LtCG, Bonnie Hunt,
Cheech Marin and Michael Wallis to do voices, but those voiced by Pixar’s inside crowd (Mack and Guido) remain
silent.
Ramone’s blue paint job looks kewl. I wonder if they’ll diecast it…
I loved it when
Mater re-enacted Doc’s drive around Willy’s Butte. It’s that kind of loving parody of themselves that sets
Pixar apart.
The end was a good punchline, Mater not recognising the Screaming Banshee for what it is. I
liked the way it had a broken windshield to denote it only has one eye, although it begs the question: How would
that work with a car like Lightning who only has one windshield? Would he just be blinded
outright?[/spoil]
Maybe only part of the Banshee’s windshield is broken or
something. Because Lightning and the other characters mostly have one fully intact windshield, they have both
eyes.
It made me laugh ! Not much
stuff makes me laugh , except for really funny things .
[spoil] For some reason , lightning
still lives in a cozy cone . What’s up with that ? I think he should have his own garage by now . Or one without
a little number on top . Think about it . that’s pretty easy for the poparazzi to sneak up on him and surround
him ! [/spoil]
If Lighting had a garage it would be Top Of
The Line!
With plasama Tvs, Hot tubs,massage chairs, and possibly millons of pictures of him every where! 
Cool dude!! AKA the dream garage.
And if he had any, he’d put a place for his trophies and don’t forget,
TV’s in the bathroom! (that is if they go and do business 
) OK I don’t want to get too off topic,
but in MATGL [spoil] I love the part when Lightning says thinking he knows maters at.
L:"I
sure hope Mater isn’t around to scare me cuz I’lll freak out (Mater jumps off of roof) Lightning runs into cans
shaped like Mater from being scared. Doc; if only you went that fast on the track

and tv’s in the bathroom ? that’s just weird ! and they do go to the bathroom , they showed a
restroom in the beinning with no line for the guys and a big line for the girls .
Oh yeah, I remember that sence. And the bathrooom thing i’ll set an
example:
Lightning: ( on the pot ) I’m bored, (turns on TV)
Lightning: Oh boy, it’s the racing
channel!
i crack myself up sometimes.

CarFreak - To end this off-topicness , i don’t really
know why . I wish I did . maybe it’s because they are in garages really and garages don’t have bathrooms ,
usually .
and the bush thing , don’t even go there .

Finally, after one long week, I was able to watch it. If
i recall, I predicted that it was going to be a prank pulled on Mater. In a sense, I was right. Now, as for the
short, I thought it was pretty darn good. I didn’t find it funny as others, but I thought it was wonderful.
Is it just me or was Ramone paint job blue in MATG?
