I’ve loved the look of Skinner ever since I saw him in the trailers! Tell me, does Pixar really do justice to his character? Does he get a large amount of screen time? And is he portrayed to be a truly ‘evil’ person, or do Pixar try to give him a bit of slack?

I have never heard that quote before, but when i see the movie, I just might be able to remember it.
Has anyone noticed what Skinner says while he’s screaming at Linguini? It’s when Remy is under the strainer. He says something non-understandable, but at the end, he says “…and squeeze the fat out of his head!!!” I just thought that was funny.

Now, I don’t know if this has been mentioned or not. It’s not at all a funny quote, but one that for some reason puzzled me and I’m curious to hear a response.
Skinner’s lawyer had mentioned that the hair taken from Gusteau’s hat was first mistaken for rodent hair… Now, why is this? Is it just nothing, or is it possible that Gusteau had a tiny little chef who told him what to do?
I don’t know, just something that came to me and I can’t shake it. Perhaps it’s nothing, but it just stuck out to me for some reason.
No - he says that the first sample from Linguini came back as rodent hair.
So that means that the lawyer knew about Remy even while he pretended to be confused while Skinner was rambling…Or something… 
No - jsut that the first sample was tainted somehow - he probably assumed it was a lab mix up
