Welp, I just recently watched Full Metal Jacket with my mom. Truth be told, it’s not as bad as I thought it would be (despite its ‘R’ rating), although I do have to admit that it was pretty…rough. The bathroom scene is by far the worst part in the movie. Dang alive… I will never look at the Marine Corps in the same way again… Eheh.

I probably shouldn’t have watched the film right before I went to bed. Alas, I braved it anyway. :unamused: (snigger)

Dang. It sounds like a video game title… I love it! (snigger)

Well, a movie I saw today was Rush Hour 2. It was funny and so action packed. I must’ve seen it about 100 times already.

A few nights back we watched United 93, a September 11th movie based on the plane that was going to slam into the capitol. The passenger fought back and saved that disaster, however. A truly thought-provoking film…

Wow, a Transformers 2. Not good for Up - sorry TSS, but there is no way an animated film is going to compete with that kind of marketing/hype muscle. I wish it wasn’t like that, but I see T2 breaking many records. :wink:

I heard that the first Transformers film wasn’t the best production in the world, but it only makes too much “sense” to make another one. Hollywood always does this – they think that a film deserves a few succesors due to its skyrocket box office numbers. :unamused:
