Dillinger, that’s amazing
I do think there are a few too many Incredibles characters but it is still brilliant.
I actually remembered this one. They appear as themselves, and don’t have the actual heroes costumes, but I still love the thought of a Pixar heroes crossover.

Hugo: I loved it! One of the best films of last year without a doubt, I really liked the music, thought it was great visually. And I thought it had a very engaging and interesting story. Scorsese directed it brilliantly.
Glad you enjoyed Hugo! It’s one of my favorite live action movies.
I’m glad you liked it! And same for me, K9Girl ![]()
The Incredible Hulk (2008): I thought it was pretty good, but somewhat lacking. I wasn’t totally satisfied with it. The Hulk himself wasn’t as fleshed out of a character as I’d hoped. But it was still enjoyable, I just couldn’t connect with it like I was hoping.
Unbreakable (2000): Wow. This was amazing! The cinematography is really unique…I had no idea what to expect. But my jaw dropped at the end. I love suspenseful movies, immensely enjoyed it.
Yay! I am so super happy that you enjoyed it!
I thought Hugo was fantastic! 9/10 for me. I especially loved the music.
Winnie the Pooh: Great film. I’m glad that Disney did this in hand drawn animation. The story was pretty decent. What I did like the most was that it stays true to the original shorts. I mean, they didn’t modernise it or threw in stupid jokes. My only flaws was that it was short and not really ambitious. But I see it as sort of a “breather” for Disney before they tackle ambitious projects like Wreck-It Ralph and Frozen. Again, great movie. A-
Yeah, it isn’t really an ambitious movie, but I guess it didn’t need to be. It was still wonderfully executed.
I agree. It was fun, a tad predictable but still fun. I may review “A Bug’s Life” tomorrow when I watch.
The Advengers- I liked this film. I never read the comics so I didn’t knoiw who all the characters were but the main heros. It was really action packed, had good characters and some funny scenes. The Hulk was the funniest by far. I also like how they always complained to each other. It was good.
I definitely loved Hulk’s portrayal in the movie. I liked all of them, honestly.
I hope they make another Hulk film soon.
I liked Hulk as part of the ensemble, but so far he hasn’t been able to carry a film on his own.
I won’t mind if his next apparitions are limited to Avengers films.
Good point. I just saw The Incredible Hulk recently and thought it was an ok film but Hulk’s character was nothing special in it, whereas as just part of the ensemble in The Avengers he seemed so much more interesting.
In fact, I think that picture is the worst of the bunch from the Cinematic Universe.
I did find it surprisingly underwhelming when ranked against the others.
I also like that part when Hulk and Thor defeated those guys and Hulk punch’s Thor out of no where.
Exactly. I think Mark Ruffalo is the best Hulk so far, so I’d be interested to see Ruffalo get his own Hulk film, and see how well that does.
I’m not even going to go into the Avengers, bc I can talk about it forever, I adored it.
Despicable Me: I really enjoyed it. The cast does a great job here, especially Carell. It was hilarious at times and often times felt equal parts James Bond, spy v. spy, Roadrunner, and surprisingly adult at times (I never would have seen a direct shout out to Lehman Brothers in a animated film). I just hope they don’t repeat that “cutsey” formula for the sequel. Good movie. B
A Bug’s Life: Great film. This is a Pixar film that certainly needs more attention. The animation was very colorful and the characters were likable. I had a a problem with the story. I know it’s based of “The Magnificent 7”, but it hurts it in the writing department a bit. I do see comparisons to Antz, but not too much. B+
