Bill: Oh I have seen the trailer of that so many times. I can’t wait for the movie. Call me crazy, but I am more anxious of Prince Caspian than of WALL-E.
Mitch: Lol I know- something about it just irks me, and I can’t explain why.
I watched a clip of Legend since Meg Mucklebones had it on her myspace. xD Forgot how much that character scared the living daylights out of me as a child. I thought it was only in my head but when I bought the movie again and watched it and realized it was real … I freaked. xD
I just saw No Country for Old Men last week, and my first reaction upon seeing the ending was, “What on earth?!?!” However, after giving it some thought, I realized just how brilliant the ending was. I have my own interpretation of the ending, although I’m sure others interpret it differently.
No Country for Old Men was the very first Coen brothers film that I’ve ever seen, and I must say that it didn’t disappoint. I think the movie is a masterpiece, as a matter of fact.
I really want to watch Fargo now…
I just watched Mister Magorium’s Wonder Emporium last night. Didn’t get to finish it due to a fight between me and my brother. But we made up now and I’ll watch the rest today.
Last night I watched part 1 and almost all of part 2 of Tin Man! I’m so happy to finally have gotten it on DVD- seems like just the cure for my oh-so-cruddy week.
I just saw Freedom Writers. I swear that I have not seen a more moving movie in my whole life. THe story was amazing.
My drama class says my life is complete now you guys. Because yesterday, I saw the movie Sandlot. It was so cool and funny.
You just now saw the movie Sandlot?!
Yeah, it is cool - I love the [spoil]English Mastiff, they’re my type of dog![/spoil]
Firefly: Yep, I did just see it. It was funny, even though I ain’t a baseball fan.
I watched School of Rock eariler today. It’s a incredibly funny film, and I hadn’t viewed it for two years, so it was nice to watch it again. Jack Black is so great in his performace in that film.
Maybe it’s that whole, “The film must be as perfect as the book otherwise it’s unworthy to be produced!” deal/syndrome? 'Cause that’s what I have. (snigger)
The Star Swordsman - You’d never seen The Sandlot before then? Gee. Well, I’m glad that you liked it! Funny film, huh?
“It’s about time, Benny. My clothes are goin’ out of style.” - Squince
Bill - Ha-ha. I’ve only seen that film once, but I do remember that it was pretty hilarious.
Well, it’s official. After watching Horton Hears a Who! four times in the theater I’m in love with the Mayor. So kill me. (snigger)

shakes head Never seen the Sandlot. Watched Sliding Doors the other day … most of it, anyway. Passed by it on cable and was distracted by a cute British dude with big beady puppy-dog eyes. xD
Mitch: If you think that’s bad, having a crush on the mayor- after you said before that you liked him, I found him adorable after just hearing voice clips on a neopets game. I don’t even like Steve Carrell that way. xD
I saw the Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. I have always liked it ever since I was a kid. Even as a teen, I really liked it.
I just watched The Seeker the other day - not the greatest, was pretty much the same old shtick but … I dunno; it had a certain charm to it.
Dude, Ironman looks really cool. I can;t wait to see it. My family is a huge Marvel fan. And I like SUper Hero movies too.
Ha-ha! That’s funny. It happens.

Mitch: I take back what I said about Steve - watch Dan in Real Life and you might just fall in love with him. I know I did.
And I saw Sweeney Todd recently! Got it on a one-disc though. Great, but since I watched it with my brother we could stop making nonsense jokes about it. Seriously, next time I watch a movie I should leave a recorder in there, because the stuff that comes up … Might have to censor it though since we both have a cussing problem that we’re trying to clear up. xD
Oo, and I have Enchanted but I only watched about half since I feel like I can see most of the movie in my head. And movies about NYC only makes me feel like an idiot for not being there, in the city, when they filmed it. It is nice to see most of the places I’ve been too, especially Bethesda fountain = love. x) I hang out there a lot but of course they film there when I’m not …
And last night I watched a bit of When Harry Met Sally, which probably would’ve been much more adorable if I didn’t picture Mike Wazowski every time Billy Crystal’s voice got a little high or if he was agitated.
I just watched the movie Sense and Sensibility in my english class. NOw I have to write a paper on it. I thought it was an okay movie. Chick Flicks aren’t really my type of movies, but it was fun to watch nonetheless.
FONY -
Ah! I love all of those movies!!
I think Sweeney Todd is such an amazing production and I love the complexity of the characters and the subtly tragic storyline.
FONY - Really? Hmm. I heard that that Dan in Real Life film was rather humorous, actually. Perhaps I should take a look at it…
Ha-ha! My sister and I can relate. We’ll make a joke about anything and everything.
