You know these Japanese trailers with all the spoilers, I’m guessing they’re being shown on TV or in the cinema in Japan, right? I mean, I have to say, I wouldn’t be very happy if I was Japanese, being spoiled for future Pixar movies all the time! Why exactly are the Japanese trailers always so spoilerific?
Either way, I’m not going to watch it. 
Does anyone else have a feeling that the line when [spoil]Dolly says “But what about your…‘Andy’?” is not actually from that scene or something?
When I was pathetically trying to decode the characters’ lip sync before the English version came out, it looked like she said “Trixie” instead of “Andy”. Plus, she motions towards Trixie and then right when the shot cuts off Trixie starts moving. Just a thought.[/spoil]
I agree, something about the gesture doesn’t even seem fitting for that line. its a common thing to do this in trailers so it wouldn’t surprise me if that were the case.
OMG! That was the best trailer ever! I’m concerned about the part where [spoil]Jessie is in the cage and Woody’s hat falls to the floor and she screams “Woody!”[/spoil]
Regrettably, I too watched the trailer. It seems confirmed to me now that Woody does end up in another house, where he’ll meet Mr. P, Trixie, Peas, etc. Like in the computer scene. No more words from me…I’ve gotta stop watching this stuff
I haven’t seen any of the english/japanese trailer. But I can safely say that I very much like Japanese Buzz and Rex

When andy is measuring his toys, you can see the names jessie and bullseye written down. I thought Andy didnt know there names?
Mabey he got on the internet and looked up Woody and he found out there names.
Andy’s mom might have told him or in Jessie’s case she may have said her name in one of her pullstring phrases.
I don’t see a problem with watching the new trailer. It didn’t have much that we didn’t already know. and the new stuff seems awesome. if it were released in English and not Japanese, would you still watch it?
Those new Woody Scenes look like they’re pretty funny
Ack, I gotta stop watching this stuff.
but I love it all. I see they have incouperated the new graduated motion blur they developed during the making of Presto. This allows for quick zippy, movements to look better, more cartoony, its funny and reads well. I didnt see any of this in UP surprisingly, but I am seeing it here.
Also, thats the same bathroom stall set they used in one of thir commercials for the double feature, haha.
Me too, got to stop ruining the film for myself. I’m trying to avoid the current Wikipedia page on Toy Story 3 as well, where I think people have posted the synopsis of the cliffhanger.
But this trailer looks relatively safe. Did they change Buzz’s Spanish voice? [spoil]Also I liked it how Woody was hiding underneath the trolley like Cape Fear. And was the janitor a new character or a cameo like Geri?[/spoil]
It is mostly safe, its just the accumulation of all these tiny moments will eat away at your overall experience bit by bit.
Kyle: I noticed the thin about the bathroom too, haha.
Also notice the added special effect cloud of monkeys they added in the scene where the monkeys are chasing Woody, Buzz, and Jessie. I just can’t wait for that scene.
And, unfortunately, they added snot around the nose of the kid that sticks Potato Head’s eye in his nostril. x_x
