I was really dissapointed with Davy Jone’s Locker. It was very plain to me. I was

expecting something a little more menacing, creepy, dark etc.

Personally the third was better than the second. A bit more funnier, which Johnny brought to Jack

sometimes.
Although the bit with introducing Calypso was a bit confusing, the basic plot of Pirate Freedom and

being Under the Crown was enough to make it a classic battle.
It was a truely enjoyable

experience…heh…even more so to re-do it myself heh.

I agree with the third one better than the second. i still think that the first one was the absolute best. The only good thing about number three was the opening and ending battles. Now those were fun. Everything in the middle was just too confusing.

IMO it’s the weakest, but that doesn’t mean it was bad.The special effects were pretty good. The only bad spot involves Calypso and, for spoiling the plot’s sake, I won’t go into any detail about the matter. Plenty of action can be found on land and sea (and even in the afterworld). There’s still a lot of humor in this film, but it takes itself way too seriously to be fully enjoyed as a comedy.

I know it’s coming out in December. I don’t remember the exact date, but i’m pretty sure it’s somewhere close to the second, or something like that.

I havn’t seen any of the potc movies. i seen parts of the first and second one but not the third. I really need to sit down and watch them one by one some day when i have the time.

Well as for luck, USA channel in my area is playing the uncut version of the first one, Curse of the Black Pearl, i believe this upcoming friday,Now I am able to sit down and finally watch though the whole movie.
