Congrats! Was this for Pixar or WDA?
It was for Walt Disney Animation. I applied for Look Development which is the equivalent of Pixar’s Set Shading. Still expecting an email from Pixar though.

Hey does anyone know when Pixar usually picks the animation interns? I got an email saying i was in the final round last week. The waiting is killing me!

Hi, I just came across this forum when searching about the Pixar internship. I think this is a great way to keep everyone informed! So I also received an email last week saying I was shortlisted for the animation internship, and amazingly, yesterday I got another email saying they would like to move forward with an offer for their internship and they’d like to set up a time to speak on the phone on Monday. They didn’t respond to my email after that but I’m wondering did I really get it already or this an interview on Monday? I saw some people writing about interviews but the recruiter didn’t mention an interview in the emails. Has anyone been through this before?
Congrats that is so awesome! It sounds like you got it if they said they’re making an offer! My guess is it’s just a screening call on Monday. Yay!!
