Here’s some pages that can explain it. It’s an Awards ceramony. We vote for the best of the vest. Like who had the best sig, ( which would be in 2011) Who has the best No Pixar artwork, or who’s the best New Member.

No, any of the catergories you see in those link’s. As long as you had soemthing to so with any of those catergories, you can get nominated for them.
