The soundtrack itself is so beautiful that it’s difficult to pick just one favorite track! However, if I were to narrow it down to two…then these would be my top choices:
Le Festin
Ratatouille Main Theme
The first and last tracks are my favorites. Heheh. 
Texas - Mmm – well, it depends on your preferences. I like it more than the Cars soundtrack, but that’s just my specific taste. You’ll have to judge for yourself whether or not you like the Ratatouille soundtrack more than its predecessor.
Mitch - Those are my favorite tracks as well.

else had a hard time finding the soundtrack? Today I checked my local Target, Wal-Mart and Meijer, and haven’t
found it any of those places. I could just download it from iTunes, but I’d rather have a hard copy on CD to
add to my collection…

local Best Buy store, in which the CD was on the market for approxiamately $15.00.
It is also available for order off of Amazon.com, so you might want to check there, as well.

I’m listening to the soundtrack right now. I hadn’t bathed in the beauty of it

although having it in a cd would be nice - cd’s are on
the way out, and if you get it off iTunes, 1. It’s cheaper, 2. It’s instantly on you computer (where I listen
to my music) 3. Comes with a video clip from the film!
