Mitch- Wow, cool! That apron does look very similar to the one advertised, though I think the one I saw at the cinema was white with the Ratatouille elipse in blue. Same sort of design, though!
Cool apron MItch. I have seen that before in a Disney Store.
lizardgirl - You know, I think that the Disney Store where my dad bought that black apron also had the one you were talking about, too. Heheh. Cool!
The Star Swordsman - Thank you! And cha, it is pretty awesome. I wish it was sold in more stores, though…
– Mitch
True, I think my uncle has one of them though.
At the cinema that I went and saw Ratatouille at, they have a meal deal as well. You get a medium popcorn, plastic Ratatouille drink container (filled with soft drink of your choice), and a Ratatouille chef’s hat. It’s really cute. I’ll take a picture tomorrow.
rachel- Aww, sounds cool! I can imagine sitting in a cinema watching Ratatouille surrounded by people wearing their chef’s hats.
This isn’t technically a toy, but I didn’t want to start a new thread or anything and I didn’t know where else to say this. At school today, as my friend and I went into the canteen, I noticed a Ratatouille poster! It had a picture of Emile, surrounded by fruit and vegetables, sitting in the middle. And next to him are the words, “VEG OUT!” I’ll try and take a picture sometime, (that is, as long as people don’t give me any weird looks. My friend’s suggestion was better- try and figure out a way of stealing the poster itself.)[/b]
rachel - Haha. How neat! I wish they sold Ratatouille chef hats when the film came out in my area…
I can’t wait to see the picture(s)!
lizardgirl - Wow. Awesome! I’ve never seen or heard of that poster before, until now. By all means, take a photo! (Or steal it, or…something!) (snigger)

Technically this might be a little off topic but…doesn’t this look like something you’d expect to see in Ratatouille? Atleast that’s what I thought when I saw it in a store. I any one wants, I’ll try to get a better picture in the next few days.
MiniChuchan - Haha! What a coincidence, and a freakin’ adorable one at that. I wouldn’t be surprised if a bout of similar merchandise centering around Ratatouille popped up in the coming months…

That’s odd. That mouse better be careful - looks like he’s going to get himself [spoil]soaked with wine like his brother-in-arms Remy did.[/spoil] Heheh.
Edited. Please remember to use spoiler tags when necessary. – Mitch
Awww, that’s so cute! My mom would like something like that…
Yeah, it does remind me quite of Ratatouille. What store did you find that at?
I saw it at “Carlton cards” (in America Carlton cards is called “American greetings”) the series is called “Charming tails”. They had other similar ones but this design stood out the most.
Mini - It looks like Pixar has another lawsuit to deal with. That is really cute.
LG - Well, I was the only one who tried the hat on. Heheh. But there were only 10 other people in the cinema though, so… Oh, and I would love to see a picture of that poster. That is so mega-awesome that they have something Ratatouille-related at your school. And don’t worry if you get a weird look - I have gotten them since I take photos of Ratatouille stuff all the time…
Mitch - If you wanted me to get you a chef’s hat next time I see the movie, I would be happy to do so. And here’s the picture:
rachel - How charming! You Australians get all the cool theater stuff… (snigger)
Ohhh… Heheh. That’s ok. You don’t have to go through the trouble.
– Mitch
Mitch - It would be no trouble. Really.
rachel - Eheheh. Well, if you really want to… (snigger)
The local Disney Store in my area used to stock these really cute Ratatouille t-shirts, but now they only have two out of five selections left…as they’ve been overrun by “NIghtmare Before Christmas” merchandise. Typical. I have two of the “Rat” shirts, but I probably should have gotten the other three when I had the chance. Oh well. Maybe they’ll restock them later… If it comes to the worst, I can always order them off of the online Disney Store or Ebay.
– Mitch
Mitch - Really? Ok. Next time I go to the cinema, I’ll see if you they have any. That should be this Saturday. Each cinema’s different and have different promotions going, but if worst comes to worst, I’ll just go to the cinema 5 mins away and get you a chef’s hat.
Well eBay has a lot of kids tees - but I’m not sure what style you are looking for. The Disney Store online seems to have sold out of a lot of Ratatouille merch now… Oh, and I know that you now work at a Disney store, Mitch. Do they have any purple womens Ratatouille t-shirts left where you work? 'Cause I really want one. Heh.
rachel - Haha. Use any means necessary! (snigger)
One of the shirts has Remy against a greenish/Parisian backround, whilst another is red and contains a sketchy portrait of both Remy and Emile. The third t-shirt is more of a girl’s tee, as it is decorated in a pink light and hosts a (cute and childishly) drawn version of Remy. I only want the first two shirts, but I wouldn’t mind it if my youngest sister would subject to wearing the pink one. Heheh.
Actually, I’m gonna start working at my local Disney Store sometime this week (possibly Wednesday or Thursday), but I did sign some papers in the back of the store, so I know what a fraction of the “storage room” looks like. I didn’t notice any purple women’s Ratatouille shirts, but I’ll see if they have any left when I officially begin work there.

Rachel: Holy cow! Nice stuff!
