BIG Rex fan. He’s probably my favourite character after Woody.
First and foremost I like Rex because he is a dinosaur toy and I love dinosaur toys. Secondly, his personality is great. He’s so big and “scary”, yet he’s just an extra-large softie inside (although he’s still brave enough to go on a rescue mission to save Woody from Al, etc).
I think it should be illegal to dislike Rex. Rex is awesome!!!
My favorite Rex TS3 quote is when they’re entering Sunnyside and he says something like “See Woody it must be nice:there’s a rainbow!"

But anyway, I love the premise of Rex- a dinosaur who’s a perfect mix of Woody Allen and the Cowardly Lion. However, his role in TS2 could have been written a lot better. I understand that he needed to go on a dangerous mission to be more brave, but his obsession with the video game was and is painful to watch.
Yeah definitely could have gave him maybe a more serious role to play in toy story 2,even if was just a little moment of truth.and we all love Rex because he’s very sweet and just very funny…i luv it when he panics and flails his tiny arms around
oh and one more thing i think Bo peep is the most caring of the cast,she was always the calm and motherly type.

Well I love all the characters. But Rex is indeed one of the best.
Rex is my favourite side character in the Toy Story series. Pixar always has a thing for making quirky but charming characters like Dory, Dug, Mater and our favourite ‘carnivorous’ dinosaur.
