Stealing Revealed

This may not be called for, but check TLP’s bio.

Whoa. :open_mouth: I didn’t know Pixar World was a site or forum- I joined a group on facebook and they told me I couldn’t because I wasn’t in the forums, and insisted I join them. :unamused: It’s a really stupid copycat, and looking at it made me sick to my stomach.

JF: Wow. I’d ban him just to be safe because that sounds like someone who’s just going to cause problems here, what with all the stealing that’s been going on … is he behind it?

He said he’s sorry go easy on him…

Where did he say he was sorry? I haven’t seen an apology. :imp:

Here:

I hope this works out between all of you. :unamused:

We’re talking about Texas Loves Pixar, not JV.

Hey evryone TLP is just an accomplice the real “owner” of the site is Remy AKA TLP’s brother. He has hired a “web designer” to make his page better. You can read the chat on Pixar World and see. It’s all there.

Aaargh, I wish I knew more about what was going on here…

But if you get PV angry, you get me angry.

I think the real problem here is the fact that a theft has occured, and that their is substantial proof it.

-smacks face on desk- My bad.

Not a problem! :stuck_out_tongue:

I have to say that this is absolutely really low! How can you resort to stealing like that?

For now on. Im going to watermark my art. Just so I can have some copyright on the pictures I make or take. And also lets me find out who using my art else where.

I always put my name/website on my artwork, half-transparent, so that nobody steals it. And it works, so far.

Same here!

Well I was talking about JV.

That’s a very good idea. I’ll do that if I ever make artwork and upload it to the Internet.

I don’t have much time to post on here, but…

First and foremost, respect other peoples’ property. How would you like it if someone deliberately ripped off your artwork and/or posted content without permission, displayed it on a separate website for everyone to view, and didn’t give it a moment’s thought? Not only would it degrade, upset, and personally offend the individual you stole it from, but you yourself would also be accused of a “crime” and/or plagarism.

Secondly, I agree with PV. Heck, she has a good point here and I’m willing to stand behind her 100% on the matter in question.

Thirdly, I took a glance at “Pixar World” quite recently and found it to be almost a direct copy of Pixar Planet in general. The names of all the sections on the forum board are almost exactly the same as the ones here on this website, and the content posted there ranges from slightly immature to posts that are direct rip-offs of those on Pixar Planet. Heck, I found the whole Ratatouille script I typed out here openly copied and pasted on “Pixar World”, and I must say that I am just slightly offeneded. I was credited, but not by name. Sheesh, guys. If you’re going to credit and/or post my work, please do it in a decent manner and find the courtesy to ask me first whether or not you may use my material. I don’t usually get mad, but this is an exception. :unamused:

Again, don’t plagarize and respect others’ personal property, unless you just want to get in trouble. :stuck_out_tongue:

That’s low. Really low. :unamused:

Okay, I now officially hate Pixar World. :imp: Almost as much as I hate another evil group. Is there any way Pixar World can be shut down…again?
