Welp, I just saw it. That was actually pretty cool!
Hilarious, too, I must say. I love how they created the film like a documentary-type features. (snigger)
Looks like a blast! I’m definitely going to be seeing this one…

see this film:
- The Co-director of Toy Story 2 is directing this film.
*Jon Heder voices a character named Chicken Joe. *Jon Heder is
one of my favorite actor.

Yeah, I wanna see it for just the same reasons JV! Toy
Story 2 was my favorite Pixar movie to date and Ash Brannon seems like sucha creative guy! 
Yep, Ash Brannon will be
great as one of the directors for this film. Is he still part of the Pixar family?
Bill - Yeah, I wondered that too. His Wikipedia
article says nothing about that…
My guess is Pixar is pretty crowded: They’ve got plenty of directors
with great ideas. He may have gone to Sony Animation to get "some
room"
With the release of the film
being this week, is anyone going to go see it Friday?
I might see it on Saturday , since the first day will be more corwded than the second
…
I remember when Cars came out I got the last two seats in the theater …
I’m definitely going to see it this Friday and/or
Saturday. It’s about time they released a “dude”-related film! 
I am probably not. I might next week,
but I have to wait for what others say about this movie first.
Surf’s Up is the only
“penguin movie” that appeals to me. Sorry, Dash. 
I bought both
promotional concession items on the first day we made them available for purchase at work. They were worth the
$10.25 and the looks from my co-workers. Haha.

One reason I don’t like [i]Happy
Feet[/i] is because the penguins look too real. The characters of [i]Surf’s
Up[/i] are funky!

Exactly. He has it
right on the money there. What’s the fun of seeing something extremely similar to beings/things that you already
see everyday in real life? It’s more creative and entertaining to conjure up/view a “distilled”
version of an entity, as Mr. Bird so eloquently describes it.
