Purchasing these books has become a tradition for me. The Toy Story and Bug’s Life editions, if those exist, have yet to adorn my bookshelves, but I’m on a mission to own 'em all.
I’d like to take this opportunity to brag that I was able to get The Art of Ratatouille for $30.03 while I was working at Barnes and Noble. Yay, employee discounts!
sheila
This will get me yelled at, but I only own The Art of Cars and The Art of Ratatouille (waits unbearably for yells and remarks) . I guess you could go on eBay or something to find A Bug’s Life , etc. I can’t even find The Art of The Incredibles in stores anymore.
Thank you very much for the expected remark, PV. What can I say? You’re such a sweet person. Yeah, I’m trying to get my hands on the rest, but I’m not an online shopper, and I just haven’t been able to find any of the other editions. Even The Art of The Incredibles has dissapeared my store shelves.
Bill - You’re not the only one, dude. I only own The Art of Finding Nemo and The Art of Ratatouille. My dad has the other editions, which is why I didn’t bother buying them because he already has 'em.
As reported by Upcoming Pixar, the hardcover 160-page book contains 250 color illustrations and will cost $40. Look for it on shelves April 17th, 2008.
Hmmm. Not really digging the cover… Maybe it’ll grow on me.
I would have preferred a starry background, but maybe that’s because I am used to looking at the WALL-E posters. It also doesn’t look like WALL-E’s eyes have a lot of depth to them - probably hard to replicate with a drawing, but still. And one more thing, does the picture look off-center to anyone?
