Myyyyyyyyyyy tuurrrrrrrrnnnnnn! This might be confusing and sound weird. But you know how cars can be automatic or manual? I’m wondering how that works when they’re born. Like it makes sense if there’s just one type. Like Lightning, for example, being a race car as race cars are all manual (kind of, sort of). But what if the type of car is manufactured both automatic and manual? Is the type of transmission genetic or by chance? o_0

i was thinking yesterday , when cars was on tv,about the evolution of cars… it made my head hurt :confused:

because Cars (in real life, not the movie!) have probably only been around for 100 years.

on the history of the cars world (which i often think about) i was watching Cars 2 today and during the credits it shows McQueen and Mater visiting all kinds of tourist attractions, including China where that emperor was buried with the terra- cotta army (i forget what its called, but i remember learning about it in World History) so that might help us think about the Cars-world history

Me too. I don’t know if this is considered canon or not but in the World of Cars online game, it’s right across from Mater’s junkyard.
