At one point during the Toy Story 2 outtakes - the one where Slinky praises his butt - his butt makes the same noise as Luxo Jr.
In toy story 2 the robots are voiced by JL and LU.
There are army men buckets in al’s toy barn.

Nice two-in-one here: Both the Bran cereal box from Up and a Harryhausen’s take-out box from Monsters, Inc. are at the bottom of this shot in TS3.
In that shot, there’s also a spaghetti box which I think might be the one you see in Ratatouille. It’s in the bottom-left corner.
I can find the cereal box, but I can not find the take-out one!

Red: Just noticed the spaghetti box, but I wasn’t 100% sure if it was from Ratatouille. I’ll take your word for it. 
The Harryhausen’s box is under the bran, it’s the two chop sticks holding an eye.

When this movie comes out in looks at sig 18 days from now, I’m going to be analyzing the tar out of the garbage scenes 
Definitely looks the same… it seems as though it’s been modified a bit, though… like, in the TS3 shot the box doesn’t have any logo on the flap where the opening is, and the green, white and red stripe doesn’t run through the logo on the front.
I probably should have gotten a better, not-so-blurry shot. xDDD

The font on “spaghetti” looks different to me, and the logo to the left of it is different (the Ratatouille one seems to be in a square). It’s obviously the same basic design though, so good catch.

Haha, Bryko, honestly when I saw that random spaghetti box in the pile of trash I hadn’t really looked at a screenshot from Ratatouille… but yes, they do look quite similar.
And yeah, where are you getting these screenshots from? XD

I just notice something on that screenshot. Just above the spaghetti box, there seems to be a can with a picture of somebody on it. It’s hard to see though. The woman looks more to be from a Pixar movie with more cartoonish humans like The Incredibles or Ratatouille. It looks a bit like Ellie from Up to me.
I just found them, y’know? 
Anyway, too lazy to screencap right now, but the milk carton from Up is in the trash as well.
i don’t have pictures because I couldn’t find it on YouTube, but I was flipping through channels and saw U.F.M. Cars Toons and I think I saw some injokes
When Mater & Mator were drinking oil I think the label said The Big One the same brand as the rocket in Toy Story.
When Mater had on his doctor disguise his “nose” and “mustache” looked similar to Mr. Potato Head’s.

The snacks in the snack machine have a bunch of in-joke names, but the only one I remember right now is something about Grandma Unkrich.
The license plate on the Pizza Planet truck says RES1536, a reference to the original rendering resolution that was used on the first Toy Story.
In the next few days I’ll make a bigger list. These are just a few that are pointed out in the technical commentary.
