Here’s some I found, but I don’t have any pics, so if someone could provide screen-caps (I think that’s what they’re called), I’d appreciate it:

During the scene at Sunnyside where Woody climbs into the ceiling, the letters on the wall spell out ATTA (A BUG’S LIFE).

Sid’s garbage truck features a license plate that references Room 237 (THE SHINING).

A VERY EARLY version of Lotso appeared in Toy Story.

Also, did anyone notice the Nemo sticker on the toy box?

And last but not least, the scene where Lotso’s arm comes out of the dumpster and grabs Woody’s leg is a nod to The Evil Dead when Ash gets pulled into the cellar (confirmed on commentary).

EDIT: The baby that provided the voice for Big Baby is named “Woody”.
