Pixar making a movie about dinosaurs? Remind me of a little something I posted a while ago at what kind of movie Pixar should make…
I’m really beginning to question myself. This is the third time I thought something that ended up being true. Sorta. 
Wonder how dinosaurs and animals get along.
Interesting.
This film reminds me of something Pixar had in mind a while ago called “A Boy and His Dinosaur”
I thought the “A Boy and his Dinosaur” thing turned out to be concept work for this movie?
It might of been but I’m not too sure.
I’d say this is my most anticipated Pixar film for so many reasons:
a) I love dinosaurs.
b) It will (hopefully) make up for Ice Age 3 in terms of animated dinosaur films.
c) I LOVE BOB PETERSON, can’t wait to see him fully direct his own film after he did such a great job co-directing Up!
d) It means Pete Sohn is moving up, and I really liked Partly Cloudy!
All in all, I just REALLY can’t wait for this film, the temporary title’s even starting to have a ring to it…
I don’t think that’s been proven, but it’s been assumed. I know that there was speculation that it was concept art for a short. I think they are same project.
I think it might of been the concept art for this film but I’m not too sure. I hope there will be some confirmation soon explaining what the concept art was for.
We’ll probably see some next year.
I think next year would be fine since it would be closer to the release date to reveal more.

I’m a little iffy about this movie.
Sure, I love dinosaurs. But the whole storyline of ‘Dinosaurs didn’t go extinct’ makes no sense at all.
Because if there never was a meteorite, the dinosaurs would have evolved as well and thus would look much different nowadays. Also, due to a different air density or something, the large sauropods would practically get their insides crushed. Like beached whales. That’s why the largest animals thrive in the sea.
What the heck, Badger! Get a grip! This is Pixar we’re talking about! They know what they’re doing!
Oh, and did you know that there was a sauropod who was most definitely warm-blooded? Mind-blowing, I know.
I suspect this will be like Cars, and very little explanation will be given to how this universe is possible. I would rather the movie focus on the story than on making everything fit real world logic.
So its going to be a ‘what if’ in that the dinosaurs didnt go extinct? Interesting concept to say the least. I wonder how they’re going to execute that idea…

Same here, the concept for this movie really intrigues me.
I’m really excited about this film. I just can’t wait until we get more information on it!

Can I just say that I’m so happy to hear Bob Peterson will finally be in the main director’s seat? Also, the dinosaur concept is very Pixar-like, which I’m actually glad to hear based on the iffyness of their last film and some upcoming ones. I kind of want to retreat back into my safe zone when every movie Pixar made was fantastic, and I can easily see this one doing well. I just wonder where the emotion will come from.
