So its been a while guys… School life is hectic. Whilst the term is dying out for the final few weeks I shall be making my presence known.
However I also some other news… The Captain is proud to announce that at the end of September (early October) I will be becoming a father.

I’ve been gone at camp this week, so now I’m back and trying to start posting more often again. I have a bad habit here of just reading stuff and not saying anything.

You were greatly missed on here during that week. 
While it is not definite that I’ll be officially gone, I think I might be here from time to time from now on. Things have changed, so I need to adapt accordingly.

All right. It’s been long enough. You all deserve an explanation of where I’ve been (although those of you who are new since 2011 or 2012 probably don’t know me; ha-ha)…
Even though I’m still considered a moderator here, I very, very rarely visit this site anymore. A lot of the older members whom I grew up on this site with have moved on to other things. Quite a few of us went to Twitter, and that’s where I stayed for a couple of years until early 2012. Animation studio Illumination Entertainment released their feature film version of The Lorax in March of that year and, even though I don’t much care for the actual film, I unsuspectingly became a huge fan of the character of the Once-ler in that movie. As it turned out, there was a whole fandom for him on Tumblr, so in… early April of the same year (I think), I joined and have been there ever since. It is, undoubtedly, my favorite fandom that I’ve ever been in. (Not saying anything against you guys! Pixar Planet is still one of my favorite places on the net, even though I never come here anymore.)
I run a whole newspaper for the Once-ler/Lorax fandom, if any of you guys are interested:
And, yes, I do still draw and am very much bent on getting into the industry. Most of my artwork is posted on deviantArt. I need to update that account, as I’ve done quite a few drawings since my last submission…
