Hehee I am! Hello everyone!
Sorry I’ve been MIA. As some of you know, I currently have two jobs and am a full time student at UC Davis. I graduate next month.
I have exciting news! I am moving to the United Kingdom in August! So I can’t promise that I will continue to be active on here, but I will be able to check in more since I won’t have school.
I won’t be posting here as much, but I hope to check in more often!

Oooh, the UK! That’s really exciting! If anything it’s just nice to get these updates on your guys’ lives, even if the forums aren’t exactly at their peak activity anymore.

Thank you so much TSS! And also thank you for being faithful and involved here on the boards, it’s nice to see others from the “old days”.
1- Bring back contest: This board used to have contest, sometimes with prizes. This could be a fun one to bring back. Some prizes included books signed by people at Pixar. Obviously that can’t be the case every time, but whenever we get the chance one lucky person would be really happy.
2- More mods: From what I know, most of the mods are gone. We haven’t added one in a long time. We need new ones. We can contact Gabe and a few of the others and start to think of new ones.
3- New games and post: Kenz, I’ll give you credit for posting on a lot of the post, but I think it’s kind of pointless. With no one here no one else will reply. If someone is going to bump and old post they should have a good reason too. New games and post may help too, it will bring freshness to the boards.
4- Contact old members: This may be diffcuilt. Some we could just message on facebook, but not everyone is on there or we’re not friends with them. If we send them a message here they may look at their e-mail and see that they got a message from here. It depends if they use their email though.
5- Bring back chat nights, chat games, and movie nights: This was done for a while. We brung back movie nights two years ago, and it was fun. With new Disney movies now out we could catch some new ones.
6- Make videos and blogs: I make videos, but my most popular only get to around 1000. I made an ad but it has only gotten about 40 views. We can make reviews, commentaries, dubs, upcoming pixar, etc. If anyone is shy and doesn’t want to, that’s fine. But this could be a lot of fun.
7- Holiday themes: This could include putting Santa hats on characters or Jacker lanterns around them. It doesn’t even have to look good, just to show we have holiday spirit.
8- Member of the month: This could be a good one. Each month a member would be rated on their activity, kindness, helpfulness, etc. Whoever comes out on top would be member of the month, as rated by the mods. This could increase activity as members would want to be one.
9- Get as many members at Reunion as possible: This one may be pointless now, I wrote this quite a while ago. If we got a lot of members to go, they may want to go back. I was looking forward to it and might have gone back more. Meeting with my PP pals could have done that.
10- More new sigs and avatars. This used to be a big thing. Everyone always had new ones and I looked forward to them. Some of them were very creative and cool. This could help also and it would get people to show their own skills, which I would love to see.
That’s all I have. These might or might now work. I admit they may fail. But we’ll never know if we don’t try. Sitting back haven’t worked, we thought new films would bring this place back but it haven’t. It could just get worse and worse. We haven’t had the Awards for two years now. I’m not saying I’m right about all my suggestions, I’m just asking you guys as my friends to trust me. I’m trying to help, and I can’t do it alone. I know were more busy, but we need to spend some of our free time trying to help this place. If you have any suggestions just say it here or on facebook and I’ll add it. Together, we might bring this site back.

I’m trying the best I can. What I’m hearing you ask is that we need to make Pixar Planet our number one priority. I love Pixar Planet. I credit it for some lifelong friendships. But I am also a University Student with two jobs, Fraternity Commitment, family and friends. Not to mention that after I graduate I am going into the workforce. A lot of former active members also have real life priorities. I love this community, but please do not suggest that I should put this site ahead of my family and career.
Sorry. I’m not trying to take you away from your family, that wasn’t my intent. You don’t have to be a part of it. I was asking the people who had more free time if they were willing to do some of those things. If no one wants to, then I understand. I just don’t see this site coming back on its self. I just thought that doing dome new things might help. Sorry for upsetting you.

A lot of the things I posted on here were pretty immature. I’m 16 now, so hopefully I can be more mature and write things better. I’m not QUITE into Pixar as much as I used to be, but I think I’ll always like it. It’s actually been a while since I watched a lot of Pixar movies. I’m thinking about giving them all a rewatch.

Glad to see you back Annarborjack! No worries about your early stuff, my posts on the first forums I got involved in when I was in middle school was pretty embarrassing in retrospect!
Oh my goodness I have missed this place! I have been gone for who knows how long, its nice to be back. So I’m hoping I’m here to stay, so yeah! I missed you all thats for sure!

Hehe, I actually haven’t returned because of Inside out. I haven’t seen it yet, but I hopefully will soon! I actually came back because I have pixar planet saved in my bookmarks, and I thought that I should make a return.
