Scar is a great Villain. But, Because I love Mufasa, I have to hate Scar. Hahaha. Just Kidding. I do agree he is one of Disney’s Best Villains.
I think the song “Be Prepared” is one of the best Disney villian songs.
It definitely is a great song. I love the lighting in that scene.
Yeah, it’s definitely one of the darker scenes in the movie.
It’s number 2 for me, right behind “Hellfire”.
That’s exactly where I had it on my list to.
Don’t think anything will beat that.
I plan on getting both movies.
This might feel like a stupid question but did they use the classic Disney logo at the beginning or the modern day CGI one? I ask this because I’m not sure if they bring the logo back for releases of Disney classics.
When I saw it, it had the new CGI logo.
Alright. I didn’t think it would have the classic one since I haven’t seen it in a Disney film since Eisner stepped down. It’s always nice to see little references in modern day rereleases like Brenda Chapman’s name being mentioned on Lion King.
Not sure, When Toy Story 3 came out, I was hoping they would use the classic Pixar Disney Castle logo.
I always thought that the classic Disney logo was the same for both the Disney and Pixar films.
Ah, must of been thinking of the modern day CGI logo for some reason.
I gotta admit I was a little surprised to see the Lion King won the box office for the 2 weeks it was out. (at least I think it did) Not that this is a bad thing! I guess I just didnt think there’d be that many people wanting to see a 17 year old movie. Fortunately I was mistaken! I will say I didnt even notice the 3D much except for a couple specific parts. But that’s not what I went for. I just wanted to see it in theaters again
Why didn’t you see it in 2D then?
I’m somewhat sorry I missed it. But I knew I wouldn’t be able to see it, anyway.
I saw it over the weekend. I was stared at a lot for singing some of the songs in the movie. But it was good. 3D gave me a headache.
It’s one of the reasons why I hate 3D in general. Anyway, I’ll probably hold off on getting the DVD once I get my Blu-Ray player.
