Oh. My DVD has the song on it, and I always watch it, because I loved it.
So The Lion King was played in 2D? No 2D showing was offered for Beauty and the Beast.
Yes, BatB was only released in 3D, but Lion King did come out in both formats.
^ That’s strange. A theater close to where I live was showing it in 2D. 
Now I’m just confused. I checked Regal Cinemas website(yeah, I do that a lot) and it said 3D only.

This is going to drive me Bats(hehe) now. Because I had wanted to see it in 2D, and I couldn’t. Which is fine now, because I actually quite enjoyed the 3D effects.

Was Elton John’s version of Can you feel the love Tonight in the credits? I didn’t hear it unless it comes later then I remember.
It does on my DVD, but I don’t know about the theatre run.

Totally agree. It’s like if you’re a real fan, then you have no choice other than to get blu ray anymore.
I love Disney, and I hate Disney. I love their artistry and magic, but them as a corporation and ripping me off with the Vault and Bonus Features on the Blu-Rays only. KENZIE ANGRY!
I love their movies, cartoons, and creative output and a lot of the artists working at the studios, and loathe the same aspects of the company that you do. 
I could never hate Disney on the whole though.
Neither could I! Just the business side of them makes me upset. But they’re doing it right, considering how much they own and how much money they have.
Which makes me crack up when talk show hosts get upest at Disney movies saying they’re too liberal and pushing socialist agendas. Disney is a business. They are true capitalists!
So has anyone seen the commercials for the other two Lion King’s on Blu Ray?
^Not yet. I’m a little suprised that disney are releasing all their cheapquels on blu-ray, but i suppose money is money as far as disney are concerned.
