The latest teaser has been released on Apple Trailers.

I’m not so much disappointed as more of like “Is that it?” (To quote Captain Blackbeard) That was the LAZIEST teaser I’ve ever seen. Awful music background music (some kind of backing track more suitable for a rap ditty), uninspired choice of clips, and title overlays I can whip up in iMovie in two seconds.

Well, okay, the fake accolade quotes were cute. And it does make you curious to learn more.

I suppose they were trying to go for a ‘Hangover’ or ‘Pineapple Express’ surrealistic look. But if I hadn’t read the synopsis, I wouldn’t have been any the heck wiser what on Earth it was about.

EDIT: Okay, so it has a pretty awful teaser on Apple Trailer. But I just found another version which is the polar opposite.

[spoil]Pretty brilliant, right? Imagine if you actually saw this in a cinema and thought it was a Jason Segel and Amy Adams romantic comedy… only to realise you’ve been hoodwinked two-thirds the way through! Talk about a twist-ending.[/spoil]

It also helped that they played one of my favourite songs from New Radicals.

Thanks. As of right now, I have seen the first two episodes of The Muppet Show plus the Star Wars episode.
I have also seen The Great Muppet Caper and Muppets From Space (Great Muppet Caper was on TV last night and Muppets From Space was on about 2-3 weeks ago)

I can’t wait for this movie. I loved the muppets I couldn’t get enough of them. I hope Jason Segal makes this all about the muppets and not the people.
