I have all three of the Target ones as well the box collection edition ones. I have also found the collection Lotso online as well the Buzz collection belt version at Toys R Us.
you can check inventory online for your Target stores to find the aliens.
I have just opened up the Toy Story Wave Two Buzz with gravity belt and found that the certificate is the exact same as the first one. I had hoped they would do a bit more than just duplicate the first certificate as this is a different version… looks like Thinkway went the cheap route concerning this smaller detail.
It is a shame as I have tried to incorporate the certificates into my display.
IF the certification is a factor in purchasing the deluxe edition, you might want to consider purchasing the lower cost model.
The belt itself is built into the figure which does not bother me so much. The Collection figure’s belt is chrome plated versus a silver dull paint on the lower priced figure. The quality seems to be about the same, slightly darker in some places than the first edition piece and slightly sharper on the edging paint. I did pick mine out from about a half dozen that were on the shelf and some did have slight defects.
The box as noted earlier in the thread is the same style movie version display piece which makes it just as nice of a possible display piece in addition tot he figure itself.
Its a shame about the color issues. At least I can pick up a non-tsc buzz for the utlitiy belt as its the same sculpt etc.

hello everyone LGM here ive been looking at the post lately and have been very interested, i currently have no toy story collection toys 
but im planning on getting Mr.P and would like to know, how would i make holes for custom eyes to go in im planning on making seperate eyes to make it more accurate and i need to know how to make the eyes and make slots for them

The main villain in TS3?
I do believe that we are getting the main enemy from TS3 in the TSC line already. In fact the first pictures of him showed up on the previous page in this thread…and he smells like Strawberries.

Yeah [spoil]lotso[/spoil] is the main villian in the movie its been proved for a long time now.
It already has two eye holes.
My hopes for Wave 3 would be way more than six figures, but if I had to boil it down, I’d choose:

Mrs. Potato Head
Trixie (movable mouth)
Stretch (stretchy purple rubber)
Twitch (with his Battle Staff)
