does anyone know where i can get a toy story collection RC. I live in newmarket, ontario. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help.
Yeah, my Target doesn’t have Jessie either.Your best bet for her may be Toys R Us. That’s where I got mine and they had plenty. I live in Rhode Island though. I don’t know what it’s like in your area.
For the last month, my Target has only been having Buzz’s, one pack aliens, and the bucket of soliders. Are all Targets becoming like this or is mine the only one?
Also I wanted to know if RC is worth $80 by a Disney Store out of state that I’m going to for a day
Honestly, you have two choices, order it from online like ebay or toysrus or target and ur second choise is to wait longer for whatever reason u might think it will come to ontario if it hasnt arrived their in the past year. But it is very likely that they will ship RC to Canada if it doesnt sell well anywhere else for example Toysrus, My toysrus has thousands of RC just collecting dust on the shelf for its price. i wouldnt blame anybody, it is a very slow slow rc, u can buy a faster Remote control car at the dollar store or thrift store, not worth 90 dollars for the speed it goes up to.
I wish they would make an 18 year old Andy figure. <img src=“{SMILIES_PATH}/love2.gif” alt=“:loves:” title="In

By both versions, I assume you mean the TSC and the non-TSC talking Buzz? If so, they’re basically completely identical From the front unless you get real close. I sometimes even confuse mine. But from the back the non-TSC has tons of annoying unnessecary screws and from the right angle you can tell that he has no wing lights. I don’t have the blast off one though, just the Toy Story one that Came in the Andy’s wallpaper style box back in October.
You can get Buzz to sit on Bullseye but he looks kind of weird like he’s doing the splits. But then I remembered that he can twist his lower leg left and right so I made his feet facing outward and now he looks really normal. His feet don’t reach the stirrups though. The biggest problem is getting him to balance. I almost had it for a second, but I bumped him. It’s really hard, but it is possible.
Bottom Line: He can do it, but it requires patience and a steady hand to get him to do it on his own. I’ll try to post a picture if I can ever balance him.
Thanks for asking though! I never tried this before and it looks kind of cool!
thanks yo and is there any news on wave 3
No, I meant Belt Buzz and Normal Buzz
Belt Buzz is different just through having a belt, his voice is slighty deeper and he has a few different phrases because of him being a different character. Other than that I think they are alike.
^Yep. I don’t have belt Buzz but have seen him in-store.
Also, if a TSC Zurg was produced how do you think his voice/sound/phrases would be activated? The only thing I can think of is his “Z” emblem thing in the center of his neck area.
Well I own belt buzz and regular buzz , but im on vacation and only have belt buzz with me. i just wanted to see what they looked like together. Anyway, with zurg, i think you’re right. Belt buzz’s belt activates more talking features and i’d assume they would do the same with zurg’s z.
Hey folks.
First post here.
I have an almost three year old son who is obsessed with Buzz and Toy Story. We decorated his first proper bedroom in an “Andy’s Room” style last year and bought the TSC Buzz and Woody for his shelf.
Since then we’ve picked up Rex, Jessie, Bullseye, Lotso and Utility Belt Buzz or as our boy says “Buzz with Belt On”. They are currently stashed away awaiting his birthday and Christmas.
Anyway I just had two points to make.
-
Bullseye. With the Woody and Jessie, the technology was present in the movie version from the 1950’s ie simple pullstring. I know the tech is now far more advanced and interactive but the core ideal was there. With Bullseye I would imagine that the original model wouldn’t have had any sound tech or vibration feature. Do you think it detracts from the toy as a propoer representation.

Buzz. Anybody else think it’s strange that only now we get a Buzz that can do the things the Buzz toy in the movie does? 15 years later? TSC Buzz is easily the best representation out there I’ve seen and as a figure he is just fantastic (although my wife and I have a soft spot for Bullseye and she also loves the TSC Lotso enough to want one of her own).
Hope we hear about a new wave soon.

Welcome to the forums The fact that some of the toys have more technology than they’re meant to, they are still cool. Potato head is the best for being turned into an electronic toy. The ‘pop off’ feature is what sells him for me, I just don’t understand why his ears move :S
As for the new Buzz, TS3 is the only toy story film that they knew would be in the cinemas ans the first two were considered to be a straight to DVD releases (or VHS for the 1st one) So all the hype and buzz for the 3rd film created mass amounts of toy story figures/ plush/ lego and with technology and robotics becoming more at our disposal anything is becoming possible

No, that’s only for Toy Story 2. Toy Story was never considered to be released direct-to-video.

Welcome to the madhouse.
I don’t have a problem with the electronics in Bullseye. Their not obtrusive in any form so he works for me. He could do with being a little smaller in scale as I feel he is just a tad off. This may be due to the electronics in him but who knows for sure? Compared to Mr Potato head who has suffered as a replica for his electronics, Bullseye is one of the better tsc out there.
As for Buzz I think the reason we,re getting a better figure is twofold.
1.Tech has moved on big time. Everything can be made smaller and at a cheaper price.
2. Thinkway knew they could appeal to both kids and collectors alike by making more film accurate figures.
He isn’t perfect though. They never managed to incorporate his karate chop action. To be fair, they never got it right in the films either. In ts, the button is on his jetpack. In ts3 this covers the battery compartment.

Jealousy level rising…
I still need four figures to have the entire collection. Jessie, Bullseye, Rex and RC
