got tsc mr potato head today, but my dad says he wants to put it back for christmas ! i really want to open his, he looks great. On ebay uk they are selling hamms i really want one as i have wanting one since 2009. The only thing is that they are around £70 including p&p. My dad says he is not paying £70 for a bank what should i do i really want one !!!
Is the blu ray almost out there like it is in the US? because I’d say that is your only hope of them selling more Hamms for their original low price in order to help promote the blu ray release. They were a limited run as it is, so if you cant find it during the bluray release period your kind of out of opportunities unless maybe they produce more when the Toy Story shorts start releasing.
i think the blu ray comes out end of november ! are there more hamms available in the us ! i really want one for christmas

Nope Im from the u.s I also had trouble finding him. My disney store was rebuilt and i went to the grand opening and took the last one
I know their not available in the US (as far as Ive heard anyway) but remember they wouldnt have to have it line up exactly with the release date. any time in November I would think would be in line with promoting stuff for the release. I can tell this is the case with the toy story collection, so I figured maybe the same could happen with Hamm.
Hey all, first post here! I just got into collecting Toy Story, specifically the TSC stuff a few weeks ago.
Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to get a Hamm from my local Disney Store in SD, CA just this past Friday. The girl there said they had just gotten them in that day, and had a few of them.
So if you missed out on Hamm and live in the U.S., I’d go check your Disney store (or call) if you can. They seem to be getting a restock of them in time for the Blu-Ray release this week.
Also, any word on TSC Wave 3? I hear rumblings in a different forum that both Zurg and Stinky Pete were being considered, does anyone here have more concrete info?
I haven’t heard anything other than A, their coming next year, and B, there are still no plans to make Hamm one of them. I think they said no slink too but I cant remember. I thought the Zurg and Stinky Pete were just popular guesses for the most likely candidates. but its kind of a given that they would be considering them. Wake me up when they actually announce them, or show them. I wonder how soon that could be by the way?
My guess would be Toy Fair next February at the earliest, as that’s where we found out about the new ones for Wave 2 this last year. Here’s hoping they release info or pictures before then though.
i was just wondering… if they brought out a tsc mrs potato head the would have to make the eyes seperate as it is a big part in toy story 3 when she loses an eye.

They wouldnt separate the eyes, not even for Mrs potatohead. you think safefy regulations people care about a plot point like that? They still dont want to get sued when some idiot chokes on an eyeball so their not going to change the rules all the sudden.

I expect Mrs. Potato Head to be exactly like Mr., but with different voice, and obiously the different pieces like ears with earrings, different hat and nose, ect.

Also in California, I stopped by a Disney Store that had 4-5 Hamms in stock (maybe more in the back since the shelves were stocked full). Looks like they’re on the way.
So im gussng there no word on there being a wave 3 coming out anytime soon? Im gussing Pixar is going to start promotion on Cars 2 soon and forget about ower toys 
I traded my TSC Lotso for a TSC Bullseye and im so happy to finaly have him and i dont know why but about 2 mouths ago my Toys R Us jacked up the LOtsos form $50 to $55 !!
Why would they do that? 
They already said wave 3 is next year. and yes, cars 2 merch will definitely overlap Toy Story stuff, but just because its going to peter out doesn’t mean it’s the end. We still have a slew of Toy Story shorts, the first being when Cars 2 hits theaters, so I suspect we’ll have wave 3 by then. But yeah, the Toy Story toons will keep the brand in the public eye enough to keep toy story toys coming for a bit longer.
Ur right, TSRUS has raised their prices, i bought Bullseye for 49 dollars 5 months ago, now its 55 dollars
Toy stores have not stopped selling Toy Story merchandise for ten years after TS2. Why would anyone think that they’re gonna stop after a new movie comes out, boosting the series popularity even more?

I don’t know if its been posted/talked about here already but Theres this Super awesome 4min Bonus Feature on The “Toy Story 3” Blu ray called “Accidental Toymakers” that not only has John Lasseter talking about the Think way TSC toys But Takes you inside the Thinkway Toys Factorys and you get to see the people painting the eyes on Buzz, sewing Woodys shirt buttons,and more like the 2 YouTube Fake 80’s Lotso adds and the making of the Lotos adds in HD !!! Only wierd part was seeing an old clip of John Lasseter from 1995 holding up the 1st Woody and Buzz and saying that they were made using digital data from the Pixar Computers! I thought the TSC was the first Toy line to use Digital Data from the fims
