This thread is so huge, I’m not about to go searching, but somehwere I saw discussion of how to clean Buzz’s helmet scratches and such, can someone give some quick tips of how to clean his helmet scratches?
Someone said to clean his helmet they bought some kind of scratch remover called nova online and then they said when u wipe his helmet just do it for like 5 min 3 time all 3 diffrent treatments RoboDad knows alot about this nova remover thing pm him.Hope i helped
You want to use aqn acrylic polish known as Novus . If it is a small scratch, use Novus # 2 and lightly buff the scratch in a circular mothion with very little pressure using a soft cloth. After that, use Novus # 1 to add the final polish and protective coating. If it is a really deep scratch, you will need to get Novus # 3, then use 2 and then # 1.

For those of you near a Target, check out the Toy Story section. At my target they have a Save $6 deal on all the TSC guys, making them all $44. Not that great, I know, but it’s better than $50, and I’m pretty sure it’s for all Targets and not just my local one. Plus the Disney Store 20% off ends today, so be sure to buy anything you want in your collection!
Dang the sale ends today i dont think im gonna make it to the sale i dont have time to bad…
Actually, at the Target nearest me, they have the TSC Woody and Buzz discounted to $34.99. Other Targets in my area don’t have this right now though, so check your local Target.
updating some of my small collection
i’m Indonesian,no target-walmart-toysrus here,so waiting for December, my friend from Seattle will bring me TSC Woody to kick that mini woody on the corner hahah
I like how your toy story 1 dvd has the original box art i wish they would of released the blu-ray edition like that.
talking to that box art… i saw 2 version of picture like that, 1 with happy face woody (like mine) and other with scared face … i just saw it on google… what do you think about that?
sorry if this out of topic from TSC
To answer your question, the original theatrical poster originally featured the sad-faced Woody, but it was remade for the home video release. I thought that was pretty cool (for a while, I used to think I was crazy for thinking Woody used to have a frown.
I’ve also never seen that Toy Story 3 artwork, it looks interesting.
I dont think they are dvds i think they are digital copies if im reading it correctly.
owya, forget to describe… thats all was un-original DVDs… Indonesian behaviour they copy and make it cheaper for sale… only cost 0,5 US$ each.

Re: TSC Green Army Men
Does anyone know which version of the TSC Green Army Men is the most “screen-accurate” one? I vaguely recall a discussion about the TSC Green Army Men and I think there was a slight difference between the two versions as to the colour of the soldiers, the type of soldiers and the amount of “flashing” on the soldiers, but I cannot recall which version was deemed to be the “best” and how you can tell the difference looking at the packaging alone.
Is it the presence of the “Toy Story Collection” logo which differentiates them?
I did a search, but I couldn’t find the answer. Thanks for any assistance.
The one with the Toy Story Collection certificate present (and I’m pretty sure it’s on the package, too) is the more accurate version. I’m pretty sure the accurate ones replaced the originals, so you’re pretty well-off with any one with the white TSC logo.
^^^^
Thank you!
I finally gave in and bought Utility Belt Buzz. I am now about 60% finished with pretty close to scale Stretch.
So the one of the strings attaching my Woody’s vest broke, do any of you have any advice on the best way to fix it?
I also seem to remember some people much earlier coloring the white stitching on his vest to be black. How many people have tried this? Is it worth it?
Thanks,
Reaper052
when it comes to coloring the white parts black i say dont do it because the black may fade overtime or it may smudge during play and the rest of the vest may start becoming black aswell as for the vest strings breaking the only way to re attach it it to sew it back on.hope i helped
