It’s really hard to tell, because of the way Bonnie is holding Buzz, but I am pretty confident she presses the Green button. I wouldn’t take what’s in the Animated Storybook to heart, though. A lot of the stuff in it is just to be goofy/funny for little kids, like the entire part about “accidently” knocking Buzz out the winow. Like for instance, what reason would an average Buzz have to say “Do YOU Glow in the dark?” plus I’m pretty sure there are a few phrases missing from the first movie.

@ OneEyedBart95: Pixar had to have an intention with it, because it matches up with the film so nicely. You wouldn’t actually hear all of those in the movie, but they’re still there. There’s no reason to believe that they “faked” it all, since it lists every phrase he’s said anyways (the “do you glow in the dark?” one was an inside joke FYI).
And no, there are no phrases missing from the first movie, all he says is “Buzz Lightyear to the rescue,” “to infinity and beyond,” and “it’s a secret mission, in uncharted space. Let’s go.”

The uncharted space line is missing. At least from the normal Buzz. utility belt buzz has it but that doesn’t count
I was talking about the Animated Storybook phrases. Though, the TSC Buzz says “are you ready for adventure in uncharted space?”
how much longer is wave 1 going to be in stores i only have woody and bucket o soldiers so far im going to buy buzz and potato head when i get payed thursday and im gonna cave and buy the slinky thats non tsc but pretty accurate and rc im not to worried about cause i went to tru and there were loads of rc same for target.just wondering how long this will last my guess is once cars 2 comes out these toys will leave stores so cars can take the spotlight.
Well, all that really matters is how well they sell. Which appears to be pretty decent. As for estimates, I can’t say, but you’re pretty much guaranteed the holiday the season.

So after taking all day to open my new toys and actually being able to judge them myself now i have a few complaints…
Buzz’s stickers we applied horribly im going to have to ask thinkway to send me a sticker sheet other then that buzz is pretty much perfect
now for jessie i was very unsatisfied her voice sounds nothing like joan she sounds like a littlegirl when she says her woooooody line its just horrible other then that she is pretty good
Lotso i have almost no complaints only thing i think might be wrong with him is scale he looks a bit to short for me and a little chubbier then he was in the film.
The aliens were great only thing is the paint for there little pizza planet insignia is a bit sloppy but they look awsome
Overall im happy with all of them and look forward to getting the rest.
So I was looking for a decent utility belt buzz recently and noticed something. is it just me or have they made buzz’s face shinier since they first came out? in a way its actually more accurate, at least to the first movie’s materials. however it was a bit too shiny for my tastes. I wouldnt mind something more between though.
I wouldn’t have bought any of them anyway though, couldn’t find any of them that had decent paint jobs and or good boxes. Not that I even had the money…

They did. I used to think it was just belt buzz, but some regular buzzes at my target had the shiny face as well
Yeah I bought mine the other day and noticed he looked a little more tan in his face.

yeah i saw an overstock of belted buzz at wal-mart yesterday the price for him was only 34.99 but i didnt buy any cause im still low on cash from my last shopping trip and i did notice the face thing kyle was talking about also im starting to think we wont be getting a wave 3.
