EPIC AWESOMENESS!!
I am gonna be buying up all the Lotso merchendise when it comes out. This also may be my first TSC character.
Just curious, does anyone have a link to the toy show? like, photos or a newsfeed from it? Lee hasn’t updated too much yet, and I’m really curious to see “who” else will be revealed! 
I think Lotso looks off…like his muzzle is too narrow or something. there’s also a seam that isn’t there in the movie version. I don’t know the limitations of stuffed animals though, so it could very well be something not really possible to do in real life, but I had to point it out.
His color is off too I think. its more purpleish in the movie. even the color of the inside of his mouth is off.
Yeah I agree that Lotso looks off. He color looks really far off when you compare it to that poster type picture. This could still be an early version they brought to the show. Hopefully, cause he could use some work.

well, they got pretty close if ya ask me. And look at how things have changed throughout the process for these toys? Im sure they will fix the color.
So far havnt they gotten progressively worse though? I know the woody prototype improved in terms of his body and detail, but heres what we’re looking at.
Woody used to have an accurate mouth. then it was gone.
Rex’s articulated jaw, gone.
Mr potatohead’s separated eyebrows, gone (at least it appears to be, if Im not jumping the gun there)
but of course there are plenty of things that have also changed for the better too, so you do have a point I guess. its just the changes so far dont give me much confidence in this one getting much better.
The main thing that bothers me is the proportions of his head/muzzle. They made him look like a pink Yogi almost. the space between his mouth and nose needs to be closed in more.
You also have a point. I suppose it could end up going either way. But we have to be positive about it. In other news, this isnt from the TSC, but they will look mighty nice with them I think

Not at all. I might have to pick them up myself. Not even Lotso’s box can keep me away from buying these toys.
Anyone else find it hilarious that they made the toy version of ken’s shorts longer?
Guess it was too ridiculous looking for modern standards for them? haha
Anyway, I definitely don’t see me getting Ken or Barbie. As a guy, I just cant justify buying either. I have no problem swallowing my pride when it comes to buying toys most people think of for kids, but I don’t think I can cross the gender line as easily.
Losto is pushing it, but I can see me getting him for 2 reasons, he’s part of the TSC, and 2, he seems to be played by a voice actor that doesn’t insult our intelligence.
with Barbie and ken, they play up the cornyness and girliness, which is fine for satire, but once you remove the funny writing and satire spin on them, I’d just be left with a couple of girls toys.
I read somewhere that Barbie and Ken would be a gift pack. I’m gonna force my mom (or dad) to buy them for me. I actually used to have a Troy Bolton doll (yes, from HSM) I no longer have it though, because my mom made me give it to my niece. And, yes I am a fan of High School Musical. I don’t think it’s corny… I like the songs… I like to sing…
I dunno. I wouldnt normall buy these but i love these movies. They are definately last on my list of things to get, but they have a chance. Also, looking at the pic of Lee holding Lotso… Lotso is HUGE!!! I love it!!! Im having difficulty reading the box but does it mention anything about him smelling like strawberries or what his phrases are?
I might eventually change my mind depending on how they are portrayed in the movie, but I doubt it.
Anyway, I wonder what the odds are of seeing Trixi released in the TSC. She’s clearly designed to be from the same line as Rex (they have the same exact eye and brow design) so expect to see her come in similiar packaging. in fact I think Rex may already be aware of her. Rex refferenced “another dinosaur” a “leafeater” in the first Toy Story. would make perfect sense if he was thinking about her.
Though if she does get made I assume we’d be complaining about the same thing as Rex, ie no articulated jaw. if in the off chance she does get one, I’ll be even more upset about Rex’s lockjaw than I already was.
i dont think a collection version will be made, but i think they would make a cheaper version.
Can his jaw really not move at all? That’s disappointing…
