This isn’t the same Zurg I saw last year, the one I saw was a U-Command - that’s not to say they haven’t used the same tooling for most of it.
Slink, have you actually got your hands on this yet - that’s the impression from your post (spending an hour looking over it) If not I think it’s too difficult to tell exactly how big this toy is (I have everything crossed that it’s in scale with the existing range) My guess is that it’s in scale but will be in bespoke Disney Store packaging like the existing DS range
That’s not accurate at all. In fact its only vaguely toy story related. Even though it has toy story packaging, its actually just that standard classic potato head. They give you pre existing pieces that came out well before toy story to get some kind of approximation of the character but still fell very short since the toy story design didn’t come until later.
The only advantage here is the removable shoes, and butt compartment. Sculpt wise your way better off going with the toy story collection one.
They’ve lied about release dates but have they ever outright said a specific product was not theirs?
Im not sure what reason they could possibly have in this case to deny it. It’s a show case, its their time to pull back the curtain. But I guess we need to find out who is claiming it to be sure.
Yeah… But the TSC one is only Mr P. The Mrs P accessories are pretty hard to find… am I right? Or am I looking in the wrong places? I googled “Toy Story 2 Potato Head Bucket” and the liklinesses aren’t that bad at all. I have never seen this bucket available here in Australia.
You guys have gotten replacements for certificates before, right? My rex’s is damaged, but thinkway told me they dont replace them. Ive only ever needed one replacement before Deborah popped up so im not sure why this Deborah Mayers lady is so unhelpful. She also refused to help when my buzz’s stickers were peeling and i know ive seen people get sticker sheets from them.
