What did he tell you about Wheezy?
All right, everybody, I need some help here! I just received an Amazon.com gift card that I won in a contest, and I’m seriously thinking of adding onto my Toy Story collection. But considering I’m a rookie when it comes to collecting what appear to be the most expensive toys I’ve ever considered buying (and I mean actual “play” toys, since I do have a couple of collectible Barbie dolls), I need some advice. First off, here’s my wishlist thus far:
- Woody (TSC or less expensive Thinkway variant)
- Classic Buzz (TSC or less expensive Thinkway variant)
- Jessie (TSC only, because she’s one of the only Jessie dolls with real yarn hair)
- Bullseye (TSC only)
- Hamm (DisneyStore movie-size bank)
- Mr. Pricklepants (DisneyStore TSC)
And these are the ones I’m either considering (due to it being tricky finding a realistic one) or ones that I’m waiting to be made. - Trixie (Still waiting for a detailed, movie-sized one; or at least one that is on-scale with my non-TSC Rex)
- Buttercup (I’m not impressed with the DisneyStore one so far, so I’m waiting to see what will happen next, but maybe he looks better than I think, so a photo would be helpful!)
- Dolly (I’d like to see her in person or in another photo to be certain she’s as cute and realistic as possible before I consider getting the DisneyStore one)
- Wheezy (Apparently the Disney on Ice one is what people are looking for right now. I’d love to see a photo so I know whether or not I’d get him)
- Mr. Potato Head (I’m only getting him if they make a Mrs. Potato Head!)
- The LGMs (I would really like to get the Potato Heads first before hand)
- Bo Peep (I haven’t yet seen a very nice one of her, but if someone here knows of a good one, I’d be most greatful, at least maybe some photos)
So my request is that some of you serious TSC collectors will help me with:
- Show some comparisons between TSC Woody or Buzz and Non-TSC Woody or Buzz
- Knowing what’s appropriately on-scale
- And any other advice you can offer!
I’m thinking of buying Jessie first right now, but we’ll have to see. I’m willing to spend maybe 40 or 50 dollars right now, and I’m not promising I will end up being one anytime soon. If anyone here is selling one of these toys, I’d suggest you post it for sale on Amazon.com (as I don’t have much cash outside of my card at the moment). And I’m not picky about whether it’s in new in the box or anything, as long as the toy itself is in good condition. So anyway, thanks for any help and thanks for the interest!

Although you’ve reminded me just how close I am to a “complete” TSC collection if I just get Utility Belt Buzz and RC (even though neither really interest me).
1st he told me to make an offer coz he see in eBay it went over $150 bucks and i said thats pretty much too expensive for me. Knowing that is very rare now a days but i ask him if he could sell it to me little cheaper than that and im still waiting for his respond.

Trixie- well, they didnt made for some wierd reason a TSC of this one So what i did is i collect the one has a built in parts 5 total because for me and for some other this is the closet even though its still small this is for me okay? By far for now the closes you can get though its not movie size and if you want a size comparison its in my collection page 498

Buttercup and Dolly- i have both of them in my collection if you want to see it again its in page 498 and about buttercup i think the TSC BUttercup is really the best one you can get if your really after the movie size scale and i think all of TSC toys are the best
but if you want more pics i can definetely take some more pics but i cannot do comaprison like the non TSC Woody and TSC woody coz all i hace is TSC woody and for that im sorry coz i cant help you in that part. -
Mr. And Mrs. potato heads- i have TSC Mr Potato head and Mrs. potato head from 1996 coz for me thats thats the most by far the most movie accurate coz the Mrs. Potato now a days really isnt that good especially the nose. My Mrs. Potato head that was made from 1996 or something they made it really movie accurate and they got the nose right! See it on my Collection page 498 the only thing is its not battery operated like my TSC Mr. potato head but you can see that they made a good pair if your really looking for a movie size scale

wheezy- well everybody heres know that im also looking for a Disney On Ice Wheezy coz from what i heard for size and the sqeeky thing this is the most accurate one even though for me i dont like it coz 1st now a days seller of Wheezy disney on ice is really making a huge profit out of it by selling it really really expensive 2nd its not smiling! For me as much as possible i want a toy that is smiling not the one not smiling, i found one on ebay its also sqeek and most of all smiling Wheezy but the size is just 2.73 inch tall and that is just way too small for me so for now i am also confuse on what to do and what to get version of wheezy

Bo Peep- i have also one of this. Again look into my collection page 498 for me i think its okay not to release. TSc version of this coz for me its already a movie size scale already just the size alone its 11 inches almost same size the one in the movie so i think on this one you will be satisfied. Where to buy it? eBay ^^ last time i check a bunch of sellers are selling it now dont go for the one which has the price $250 or more coz lot of sellers are already selling it like minimum of $99 so as much as possible dont buy it from those abusive Sellers ^^

Just to clear up some confusion. I have a few utility belt buzz’z for sale and a couple or RC’s all in box etc unopened. The wheezy i have one for myself and i have kind of sold the other one but he wont have the funds for a few months so am not sure if i wanna hold out that long.
I may put him on ebay as i aint looking to rip anyone off but just get the general going price which has been between $120 - $180.
but may hold onto him nearer to xmas be a nice pressie for someone. Anyone who wants a buzz or rc please feel free to message me.
Okay I have to admit, I actually laughed out loud at the comment about Jenny. She’s probably on stress leave because we’ve bugged her so much.

I’m trying to hold off buying anything more until I can get some more room to store my collection though.
I’ve been looking at cheap storage cases online - this one would have to be my favourite because there’s room for toys of all sizes, except it only comes in beech and white, and the rest of my furniture is either aluminium (bed) or black so it would look extremely out of place. this one looks pretty tempting too, although it’s only a meter high so the storage cubes would be 30cm tall at best and I’m not sure if the 6 30cm+ toys (Woody, Jessie, Buzz, Bullsye, Rex and Totoro) would fit, and then there’s Ken and Barbie who would only just fit.
Just a heads up if you decide to put him on eBay. Lately Wheezy’s have been selling for around $80.00 I hope you get what you’re looking for however.
