That last one is a Disney store exclusive, not by Thinkway. Possibly from the same company that made Zurg. It’s almost as large as Thinkway’s TSC rex, but the scales are different, and it has screw holes. A common complain with that version of Rex is that his legs come off. I would probably avoid it unless you have to have a version with shinny plastic, something Thinkway’s versions lack. Not to mention articulated jaw.

I still need to add Utility belt Lightyear to my collection, so hopefully it does get a re release and pops up in my area.

Found out the price for that replacement buzz torso, it’ll be 18 including shipping. A bit more than I was hoping for, but I might have enough.

Hi all,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I’ve only recently gotten in to collecting the TSSC and so far have Woody, Buzz, bucket of soldiers and RC. I know there’s no TSSC of Hamm but I was really hoping someone could point me in the right direction of finding one that doesn’t cost a small fortune. I’m also after a TSSC Rex and Mr Potato Head for which I’ll redo the eyes. If anyone knows where to find one of these PM me! Thanks.

PS. My Buzz and Woody have ‘ANDY’ written on their feet from the previous owner, even if I wanted to keep it there they are written on the wrong feet… so I was thinking of using a bit of mineral turpentine/paint thinner to remove it but I wasn’t sure if Woody’s feet were painted or actual plastic. The last thing I want to do is strip the brown paint off his foot. If anyone knows let me know :slight_smile:

What are they written with? If its just marker (even permanent), peanut butter can remove that from most surfaces. The oil in that should bring it right off.

And you don’t have to worry about removing paint off Woody’s boot, its not painted in the first place.
